Stelio's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

HORRIBLE customer service! The female answering the phone is beyond rude! Placed order for delivery at 6:50 p.m. Hadn't arrived by 8:30 p.m. I called to get the status and with attitude she said, "we're busy!" Ok. Then I asked if she knew how much longer would it take to arrive as I called an hour and 40 minutes ago and she rudely said, "you're next!" I asked if the food would be cold and she said, "NO! The food will not be cold!" and she immediately hung up! Wow! And guess what? The food was cold (pizza, fries and cheese steak)!!! Never again. She acts as if they are the only spot that delivers. You aren't. That broad could use some extensive customer service training. I guess that place hires anybody. Two thumbs down. I feel for the delivery driver as that idiot has to be messing...

I recommend everyone to don’t ordering food from this place. Every time I place a order they always have a nasty attitude on the phone. I place a order of two cheesesteak with extra cheese and the meat was dry with barely no cheese. I will never order from here again. They use to be so professional back In the days and now they like don’t care about the business are there customers.

Won’t see them lasting to long if they keep it up being so nasty and unprofessional.

When I say "I just like plain cheese pizza", this is exactly what I mean. So many people get cheese pizza wrong, and I can only think of 2 other places in the Philadelphia area that make pizza like this. This is the pizza I grew up eating from a small neighborhood pizzeria in Melrose Park. It's simple, but savory and hits the spot.
