This place is a must for all bucket lists! I literally had ice cream constantly while I was here for six months. I absolutely love this place and I highly recommend it. I always usually get the same thing but the very first time I was here I got one of their mason jars With cake and monster ice cream which was amazing but my favorite thing on the menu and the thing that I have gotten almost every single day since is there Oreo milkshake basically it is on the make your own milkshake menu by adding Earl Gray, vanilla ice cream, milk, and of course, Oreo cookies. They blend it all together into this scrumptious goodness. I literally was hooked on them. The staff was absolutely amazing very friendly, very attentive. The place is very clean. There is a bathroom on the premises that is also very clean. They even have a little area outside that you can sit next to the building. I guess the only complaint I could possibly say is that they don’t have one of these in my town L O L. and they only offer it in one size bummer ! The price is a little high, but it’s very worth it. I promise. â˜đŸŒđŸ«¶đŸ» They also serve things like taro and Matcha And they make this amazingly beautiful looking bubble tea. Not really my thing so I didn’t try it, but I see a lot of people ordering it. They’re not stingy with the ice cream. It’s usually heaping on the top above where the rim of the glass is. It’s kind of a little hole in the wall. If you don’t look while you’re walking, you’ll miss it. Anyways this concludes my review. If you haven’t been here, you have to try it at least once. Happy Licking 😛

Took the family here for an after-dinner dessert and had a lousy experience. First off, it's crazy expensive, especially for soft serve. It's not like someone is the back hand-churning this stuff. 4 small ice cream cups and 1 bubble tea = $45. The flavors weren't great and the mint wasn't working! Then, the cashier couldn't figure out how to take a Visa gift card because it didn't have a chip in it, or a zip code attached. While we were finishing up this woman came in with a large black dog that was not trained, it was constantly pulling at the lease and when it saw my 3 year old it started barking like crazy and lunging at him. This is all happening inside the store, right in front of the counter! You'd think the staff would have something to say but no, they took her order while we hastily left the area. All in all I wish I could leave a 0 star rating.

My son and I stayed at a hotel down the street and ended up visiting this ice cream shop three times during our trip. That's how much we loved it. The customer service was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. One time, my son accidentally left his toy behind. The staff found it and held onto it for us. When we stopped by one last time before heading home, they gave it back to him. He was so happy and said, "The ice cream lady gave me my toy!" It made his whole night. On top of the great service, the ice cream was delicious. The portions were generous and I love that it comes in a mason jar you get to keep. Such a fun and thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area. Great people, great ice cream, and a wonderful experience.
