When I arrived to grab my DoorDash order I waited at the 1st drive thru window to inform them I was there to pick up my DoorDash pick up( my own food- I'm not a dasher). No one ever came across the intercom so I drove around to the pickup window , there was one car at the window. They were just getting their food and driving off. So I showed the staff member my phone and told them I was picking up for Leslie and showed them my confirmation on my phone on my door dash. They responded that I had to pick up door dash orders inside the store. I thought that was odd but maybe they need to do some special check inside. I go inside they don't even ask to see my order confirmation, they don't ask to see an ID, they don't ask for anything at all to verify that this is my door dash order. They just said " Pick up for Leslie?" Here you go and give me my bag. I wanted to scream but was raised with manners so I simply said thank you and left out. This was absolutely ridiculous! The policy makes no sense for people to have to come in the store to pick up a door dash order if nothing special is being done inside the store. Please change this foolish policy. It was almost 11pm at night. I specifically went through the drive thru to pick it up from a safety standpoint. I’m no small girl, but I'm no martial arts expert either. I'm 5ft.2in a mom of two , and wife that wanted to quickly and safely grab my food after being in the ER due to my dad's health all day. Please rethink and fix the policy to come inside for door dash when it inconveniences and places your customers lives at risks! I will not be returning. To make matters worse, the coffee that I ordered and desperately needed is not what I received. Instead they gave me hot watered down Pepsi or Coke tasting mess in a plastic cup. Shameful....
Read moreworst place ever. I don’t frequent fast food places but every once in awhile if I’m on the road it is convenient. I am very polite and patient naturally but I also worked retail for many years and put in the work to become a manager (and leave the field altogether). I’ve always been the customer to come behind an angry, rude or disrespectful customer and extend words of encouragement to the service worker to lift their spirits. The employee ( Raj is the name said in the receipt )at this Taco Bell is disgusting! Rude, lazy, and slammed the window in our faces when we asked for the manager (and we asked politely!) screwed up our order and we’re mad at us that they screwed up. Wouldn’t give us taco sauce, half melted drink (was supposed to be frozen) it was just horrible. And they didn’t care one bit. People can say what they want about pay or whatever crap excuse they want to give for unethical and just bad behavior but it doesn’t justify anything. I worked for $8 an hour and attended college barely sleeping at night and I was a top employee. As I said moving up the tanks to management within 6 months. I became a manager at 19 and I loved my job and the customers. I thank God for my experiences. People are just miserable, lazy and disgusting these days. Read moreDon’t usually have the need to write a review, but this Taco Bell at this location definitely deserves the lowest rating possible. If I could give a 0 I would. Have been here more than a handful of times and each time the staff is ALWAYS lazy and unprofessional. Almost all of the workers don’t even know how to do anything or are just lazy and just stand there. There are NEVER any counter people at the front to answer to the people Inside the store. There has been multiple times where I was waiting in there for almost an hour. I was being completely ignored and not even asked what I was picking up for once until I finally had to say something. By the way, don’t take more orders if you’re not even gonna handle your other current orders or Uber orders at all. EVERY single worker in there is very unprofessional, extremely rude, not hardworking, and none of them care about their customers.
