I wish zero stars was an option. I placed a mobile order, order#334 on April 17th at 11:25 pm. My order was missing The 2 chicken strip orders and I received a third of the tomato basil soup they said was not available. The soup they said they had was missing. Didn’t realize until I got home. So basically wawa stole $3.89 from me. When my boys ask for the orders they are told to wait. Well it wasn’t until. 40 min later that we received the incomplete and incorrect order. When I go in to say that we are missing the 2 orders of chicken strips. The two staff completely ignore me. They don’t speak or acknowledge me nor do they apologize or attempt to make it right! Please check the video surveillance!! I am the man with the cane. I finally, approached a blue shirt individual and he bagan to brush me off to the people who ignored me in the first place. This is completely unacceptable. This is customer abuse and I must be refunded for the missing soup. The gentleman in the blue shirt then gave ma a brush off apology. It wasn’t until 12:20pm that I received my entire order. I didn’t realize until I got home the soup was wrong. Didn’t realize WAWA HAVE NO CUSTOMER STANDARDS. Read moreI’ve been coming to this location for many years and I’ve seen the ways this place has gone downhill. Today I visited to get some lunch by ordering a chicken parm sandwich and a cup of Mac and cheese. They almost forgot my buttered roll. I should’ve known that would be the beginning of my unfortunate experience. After getting back to my office with my food, I unwrapped my sandwich to reveal the monstrosity they made me. What I got was a cold sandwich with cold chicken and SLICES OF TOMATO instead of the tomato sauce. In what world does that make ANY sense? The food prep people need to be trained better or retrained if they thought thats what a Chicken Parm Sandwich is. They ruined my lunch! I do not like raw tomatoes and so my sandwich WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR MORE CHEESE I SHOULD ADD, was ruined. And because I was already back to my office before i realized this, I wasn’t able to go back and get it corrected. Read moreThis Wawa is always busy .. not a bad thing but I had a bad experience with one of the cashiers named Ann Marie .. she had a line fill if customers because she was going back and forth with one customer holding up the line about the persons ID .. then when I approached I said hello to try and be kind because obviously she was frustrated from the last customer and I scanned my free item and asked was that all that was needed , that it’s free right ? She got a whole attitude and said “ yeah ????? “Like what’s the reason to be rude if I’m just asking a question .. I talked to one if the managers but I never complain so I just think they should talk to her she shouldn’t be working with the public if she doesn’t know how to deal with the public or at least act like a decent human being .
