Taco Bell — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The need to close this place down...completely! $50.00 and had to order from Wendy's for my 3 kids. There was literally nothing in the tacos...I counted 6 strands of shredded cheese 3 pieces of chicken(the size of a pen cap)and a few shard of lettuce...no tomatoes. The black thin young manager is ignorant, unprofessional and unapologetic about any mistakes the worker make or the food not being fresh..My food came with hair on all 12 chicken tacos. Not 1 or 2 hairs, many in each taco, and the pot pies were dried out breaded top was leani g to the side and taste like the ocean with all that salt in it.This is not the first time I had a bad experience at this place, but it had been so long since I purchased from there I forgot this was the ghetto TacoBell. I only went here because the kids were tired after riding and playing all day and did not feel like waiting for me to cook..it was on the way home. Never again..I put this in my Alexa app..when I get close to it she let's me know not to purchase from here. Soda machines not working and soda taste like seltzer, no ice and no one would fix it, 2 forks, no spoons or knives, sticky condiment In Packages, floor sticky, had to ask for napkins, forks and straws. Called corporate and have not...

You should be ashamed of yourselves allowing food this bad to leave your restaurant! This is what you charged me $7.99 plus tax for!? A whole empty tortilla!? Couldn't even take the 10 seconds to cut it!? I also ordered the SPICY grilled cheese nacho fries and literally got 6 fries with some cheese and beef thrown on top. This is a disgrace and you should be shut down.

Not to mention the fact that none of your workers can get an order right. I've never once been given the correct order. I was asked to pull over out of the drive through line because they forgot my quesadilla. I waited for 15 min while all my other food got cold. It was never brought out to me, I had to get out of my car and walk up to the drive through window, which defeats the whole purpose of a drive through, to ask about my missing food. It was then handed to me, probably sitting there the entire 15 min I waited.

I will never go to this restaurant again. The taco bell corporation should be looking into this location. The food and the service are atrocious and give taco...

Ordered via DoorDash and waited an 1 1/2 hour for a driver to never be assigned I . Contact door dash support to learn a driver was never assigned because they never started to make the food. They attempt to contact the store- nothing (as usual) so we were advised to switch the delivery to pick up, we go to the restaurant and wait almost 10 minutes to even talk to someone. I stated what was happening to the worker and she immediately rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude saying “you can’t pick up through door dash.” I showed her my phone and mentioned that the order was placed nearly 2 hours ago and they never made it and made it seem like my fault.

Just don’t go to this location in any form. Workers are horrendously rude and clearly don’t want to be there. It’s always dirty inside, they will mess up your order and blame you for it. Save your money and appetites for...
