KFC — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Worst service ever! I had an event so I used the mobile order for the 1st time so I wouldn't have to wait when I go in. When I go inside there was a couple infant of me who had just walked in as well. I stood in like for a good 5 minutes ( or longer) and no one greeted us or started their order. I finally got out of line and asked someone about my mobile order, they asked my name and said it wasn't ready. Finally a young man came and took the order of the couple ahead of me. When that young man was done he asked me if I'd been helped, I gave him my name and we went to the back and asked if my order was ready. A young lady responded in Spanish saying "she just got here it's not ready" I had been there for a good 20 minutes and I answered her in Spanish that I had not just got there and it was just that nobody bothers to ask who needs help. I informed her I was there so long that I saw one of the employees take care of her family that was eating inside the restaurant and they had even left already as I still waited. Fast forward, I finally get my food, only to come home and notice that THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY ENTIRE ORDER! I call the store to ask for a refund and the manager Rashad asked me to go back inwhich I didn't have time for since he refused to give me a refund. He said to go back anytime to get my food, now how am I supposed to know this man's schedule to know when to go back! Never again will I be going here, and took a lost for my money since he refused to give...

KFC/ tacobell can be hit or miss. the sides are over priced. Basically what they use at kfc is instant mashed potatoes and instant powder gravy which you can make at home for way cheap and better. The Mac and cheese and frozen corn just get microwaved. However the coleslaw is a winner and is made fresh in store and the butter biscuits and green beens are really good. The French fries are your average nothing special fastfood fries. The chicken can be hit or miss depending on when they change the oil. Sometimes the chicken looks dark and dry because they are using dark oil and other times the chicken is really good because they are using fresh filters oil. Consumers reports rated KFC near the bottom of the list compared to other fastfood chicken places. Sadly the kfc of the 70's, 80's and all the way up until the early to mid 2000s we all know and loved has really gone down hill. No more potatoes wedges, baked beans only available during the summerat certain locations, no corn on the cob, no chocolate chip cookies and the prices keep going up at kfc. With how expensive kfc keeps getting your better off getting your chicken at your local dinner or Chinese restaurant, royal farm's gas station...

Service is ALWAYS horrible after 12am. They will never have what you ask for and always offer you some leftover crap you don't want. Oh and if you choose the leftover crap, expect it to be cold and bland. Let's not forget that EVERYONE looks dirty and is sliding around because this is the only KFC where slip resistant shoes are an option. They cycle through workers but don't worry! They will all have a vacant, "I wish I was anywhere but here" look on their face. Oh and to top it off they like to "forget" your utensils because the manager who does their supply order is apparently too cheap to "splurge" on the bare necessities needed to run a restaurant. I had so much hope for this place when it first opened but it's become a run down taco joint ran by possible functioning druggies.
