Having work at companies like Papa John's and Domino's I am very frequent with what should be happening from the moment you walk into the establishment until you have completed your meal.
While I had no problems with anyone in the establishment, there is one thing that I think needs to be identify. The general protocol for walking into the status of this is a hello greeting welcome to statement and then either a statement about specials or asking for a name or something to that nature to make the customer feel welcome. In this case I was asked what did I want boss. Well that's not necessarily the biggest of deals it is still worth noting that a greeting was not done in a manner that would be suited and expected from the staff of a national chain of this stature
As for the food we had the New York style pizza with half pepperoni a 15-piece order of poppers with hot sauce the cinnamon pull aparts in the double chip chocolate brownie.
The gentleman at the counter did offer to allow me to take extra garlic cups home which I thought was rather appreciative of the gentleman who did not have to do that. I did ask for how much it would cost and he said not to worry about it I can give you about a half-dozen to which she did so willingly!
As for the poppers I didn't have any particular problem with the poppers are there the sauce that was put on top of the pop or seem to be less than I would have expected on a chicken product
The biggest disappointment with the meal was the piece itself. The advertisement for New York style pizza mentions that the pizza could be folded or not and it shows very stringy cheeses to make it look very very appetizing on any TV commercial. The reality is that the amount of data that Papa John's uses in their Pizza is generally thicker than I would like. My wife did make mention that she was very disappointed with the pizza because of the fact that it was not something that she saw as something that reflects a New York style pizza. A thinner crusted product that needs to be folded or maintained before otherwise it will flop over. The pizza in this case does not flop over as much as it's probably should be expected to do. This is not a reflection of the staff so I'm sure made the pizza in some measure according to the Papa John's standard it's just very deceptive advertising on TV that you're not seeing something close enough to the way the TV tries to advertise but a New York style pizza looks like according to Papa John's
If our staff there for the most part was polite and attentive. I'm not sure if the staff is obligated to wear a mask or not but none of the staff were wearing masks when I came yesterday to...
Read more0 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW!!! worst pizzeria ever!! First time the delivery driver looked like she was on drugs with cold pizza saying she could not find the house and was missing part of my order so we didn't think we would ever order there again but they sent me a coupon saying to give them another chance so we ordered the pizza then when i looked at my order after the estimated time to wait, i tracked my order only to see they canceled my order. When i called, the manager said the delivery guy said he knocked but i advised him i was near my door and no one knocked. the manager stated hos delivery guy said he knocked so he believes him even i was near my door the whole time and stated his delivery guy left because he was running late to get back to his halfway house and said we were getting a free pizza anyway. the coupon was made invalid even tho i never used it and the manager just kept saying it was free anyway but it was a waste of my time and even worse experience then i had the first time when they sent the lady high on drugs. he made us feel like he did not care and like we were not really customers with the coupon. I will never order from there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. it was the worse pizzeria...
Read moreThis location deserves zero star. I ordered a pizza tonight and it was delivered to the wrong address. When I call to ask about my pizza, I was received with accusation and rudeness. The delivery driver and the manger accused me of having the pizza and that i was trying to get another free pizza. Now why would I lie about a danm pizza. I tried to plead with them to either deliver me another pizza or issue me my refund. I was flat out told "no" and they could not do either. They told me I had to request for a refund online because they don't refund at the store. So, when I called customer service rep, I found out the manager and delivery guy lied. The papa johns rep i spoke to said, the store has to refund me and they, on their end, don't do refund. I had the rep on speaker telling the manager he has to issue me my refund by canceling the order, since the store has already accepted the online order. The manager was not happy, and he said he will "blacklist me" like they're the only pizza store in the area that I can order from. The manager can threatening to ban, blacklist, do whatever they please.... I will even do them better, by never ordering from them again.
WORST...
