Happy Wok Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I usually don’t care to write reviews but I just had to . Won’t be ordering from here again . Very Rude and wanted to cancel order . I ordered 1 platter and a drink comes out to $12 and had to order 3 pizza rolls because they have raised a few months ago to $15 credit card limit . Which is ridiculous as it is . They didnt have enough pizza rolls so they were yelling because they wanted to give me food a nasty shrimp roll or egg roll which are both nasty from them. I said “ I don’t like that what else do you have ” very calmly and the lady in the back yelling in Chinese and said we’re canceling the order . They wouldn’t let $1 go to proceed with the order .. stingy , horrible customer service and glad the order was cancelled. Save yourself the headache the food is 3-4/10 at best .. very fatty “meats” , half the time my order isn’t right . They won’t even put forks and napkins in a $20 order because of how cheap they are I’m done with their head aches. I don’t know why I even kept going back in the first place . They are plenty of other Chinese restaurants in the area ....

Shrimp general tso was horrible, the shrimp taste like someone dip the ends in ammonia! the breading was wayyyyy to much! The shrimp smelled horrible, I called and made a complaint just to let them know to please don’t sell that shrimp to anyone else. The Lady just kept saying it was from the breading. But breading shouldn’t smell like that.I didn’t even eat my meal I told them, and I do not! Want any replacements. I don’t want to eat dry food that taste bad literally like it went bad and was rinsed and cooked anyway. I love Chinese food but my family and I will never eat...

I bought one of their speciality Singapormefeing first I noticed it was pricey compare to the other Chinese place , like $ 2.50 more , I was like maybe because of the taste or the size ; then I realized it was the same plate size as other places and worst of all their food was not good, not tasty at all.their meat doesn’t look or even taste like chicken and beef they are supposed to put inside; shrimp you can count around 6 pieces of them . Conclusion i spent $11. 80 for a worst taste instead of $9.75 and really tasty food with a lot of shrimp at 2mile...
