The fact my last few visits there and my phone call with her a minute prior were awful! You are so concerned on not having any customer contact or any money handling of money, bags etc but I have a loaf of Easter bread with no bag around it, open in the air, outside the store, on a basket. Right into the trash?! Especially after knowing I wouldn't be going back here ever, been going here over 20 years all summer every summer for concert season. Usually my family and I go to the location at 8th and Tasker but we were close to the packer ave location. The staff was rude, not very helpful. My fiancée wanted the banana cream pie and they were just about to box the pie when in walks 2 rude women and said they had called for the banana cream pie, the young guy working checked the back and said there was none. So they had to give the pie to rude women. So in turn we ended up with 4 cannolis and 4 cupcakes. Young guy said he wouldn’t charge us for cannolis. But In the end, when we left I checked my bank account to double check what I was charged, In turn we were in charged for the cannolis. Again staff was very rude. Will no longer use...

We’ve never had a bad experience at terminis but Saturday 1/23/21 my son came to your store and bought two containers of Pizzelles which he paid 20.00 for them, we had company that night when we opened the container they were very dark and hard the only way we could eat them is dip them in the coffee to soften them up. I usually make my own but didn’t have time so we bought some, I will never do that and buy them from your bakery I was very disappointed.
