Young's Deli — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Not a Deli. It's a wino bar where the bums and alcoholics congregate. Poor customer service the owner was drunk and cursing out the other customers when I was there. Terrible place, would only recommend if you need a beer or a place to drink that beer in the company of bums and winos. Or if you need to buy a loose cigarette. They were selling tobacco to minors. This place is a blight on the community. Someone should report them...
