Joey's To Go — Restaurant in Philipsburg

Joey's To Go in Philipsburg...hands down one of my favorite hole in the wall places to eat! Huge portions, incredibly nice staff and fast service. Hubby and I weren't that hungry, so we shared a dozen hot wings ( side of ranch and side of blue cheese) and an order of onion rings with the cheese sauce. Son had the small chicken tender sub with chips. We had 2 sweet Iced tea's ( each had a refill)and Son had 2 Dr Pepper's ( they were in cans). Grand total? $44 and some change. You can NOT beat their wings! Best place to grab a meal in Philipsburg in my opinion. I've had their Dill Pickle Pizza before and it is the best I've ever had. Worth the short jaunt to go! You can tell how not small the small sub is as my 20 yr old is holding it with 2 hands 🤣! The fact they have a large 2 topping pizza and dozen wings special for $25 is insane. Let's begin with there being no tap payment availability. Luckily, I had a physical card out in my car. If their Square tap has been an issue for some time a replacement is available for $149. I would highly suggest they make the investment as tap is a form of payment most places frequently accept. My order was takeout only and the older woman who had waited on me at the register was actually quite rude with the tap feature not being available as it once was. She didn't even thank me or anything. She should also highly consider being polite after all, I was patronizing her and her business. Great food, good price (on pizza anyway). I have only ordered pizza from these guys, but the price is good, and their pizza is great. It seems like they use more real mozzarella than other local pizza shops. I would definitely recommend Joey's for their pizza, thats all ive ordered but i would imagine their other food is great as well, based off of their pizza. I only order pizza from here and Home Slice Pizza...
