Wawa — Restaurant in Phillipsburg

Place is an absolute dump. The employees spend more time gossiping and talking about things that shouldn't be discussed in a work setting. Two members of the management team in particular are more worried about trying to sleep with the women who work there than actually working. Maybe certain individuals wouldn't have a problem with them if they weren't trying to sleep with other people's wives. Hands down one of the worst wawa stores I have ever seen. The women themselves are more worried about giving their number than actually working. Employees stand in the deli and openly insult customers. The area manager is an absolute joke. Place is horrible. Doesn't matter what time of day you go in. The service is horrible and slow. The employees attitudes are horrible. They openly complain about their jobs. That's when they aren't goofing around and laughing obnoxiously loud in the deli or talking about their personal lives. I just want my food not to hear your drama. Place is always understaffed. What does Ricky on second shift actually do? Every time I see him in there, he's walking around or goofing off. The fact that he hits on everything that moves is a whole other problem. Someone definitely needs to see what's going on with this store. Hygiene is a big problem as well. The ones making the food will walk around and touch things with gloves on then go right back to making food without changing...

Nice clean, efficient and fast Wawa. The personnel are always friendly, but unfortunately there is a high turnover of staff so you never really get to know any of them.

The parking lot can be challenge and you should be alert for those other drivers who are not watching or paying attention. Stay alert in that regard.

The gas station attendants are generally friendly. I don’t typically get gas at Wawa because it is not a top tier gas which is what is recommended for my vehicle. The BP on So.
