Arby's — Restaurant in Phoenix

Just stay away!, I have gone here many times, after yesterday, I will never be back, not that I should have gone yesterday as this happens almost every time. I was in the drive thru, two cars had ordered and pulled forward after paying, and i was up. No one was behind me or even at the order board, and after I paid, I was instructed to pull over park and they would bring my order out (this has happened every time I have gone here) I asked why, and I got a dumbfounded look from the kid, he said my food would be at least five minutes! I informed him I would stay right where I was as no one was in line, and all he was doing was playing with the drive in times, trying to make it look like they were quicker than they are, again no response, so I asked for the manager. A nice young lady came to the window, and I expressed why I would not move, she only gave me the response of, she was sorry and it is hard to teach these kids customer service.... Someone in management has taught them to move the cars from the window!. Needless to say I grabbed my food, which ironically was done fast once I complained. The two cars in front of me still hadn't received their orders, and as I pulled around I noticed the first car had actually gone in to get his order.

Worst part was when I got home and told my wife what happened, she refused to eat anything as she was af4raid they did something to her food. I can understand her reluctancy to eat it as well so we ordered something else and considered the $25 as a lesson to never return to any Arby's if they allow their stores to be run like this.

Additionally I emailed a complaint last night, as well as one prior, never to get a response!! We'll see what happens when I review...

So me and My Wife went there for dinner really looking forward to potato cakes, my favorite. We went the other night before they were out of potato cakes and then this night they wouldn’t make potato cakes because I’m not sure why I guess it was just too late so we ordered our food, I ordered a number two meal no Wife ordered a number one meal. She explained to us why we couldn’t give potato cakes and that we’re like OK so we ordered our stuff sat down to eat and I noticed there was no fries in there like I’m pretty sure fries come with the meal so I get up check sure enough they are not the only two other people in this building were a female who helped us to register and a male cook who did not look like he even worked there so I ask him hey you forgot our fries very politely and he immediately did not want to put fries on. You could tell he was already ready to go home so I discussed it with the lady there and she gladly put the fries in and he started ran and Raven that I gotta pay for the fries. I’m like they come with a meal at the end of all he threatens me physically 60 years old. The last thing I need is confrontation when he is ran and raving earlier about me all I wanted was my french fries that came with the meal, but he didn’t want to put them in anyway I love Arby’s. I cannot believe if he works there I will not be going back to that Arby’s. I don’t suggest anyone go to that Arby’s. There’s a much better one...

Disappointed! Discovered they forgot my mozzarella order when I got home (strike 1). Tried calling the restaurant, no answer. Went there the next day at they closed their Lobby at 6pm (strike 2). I called again, spoke to a gentleman manager on duty. He didn't apologize, just said they were short staff & told me to come back another day and there's nothing he can do for me other than writing a note in the office to give me my mozzarella sticks they forgot to give me (strike 3). I finally came back again & told the lady manager on duty the situation that they forgot my order & no apologies. I even try to give them the benefit of the doubt & ordered 2 Americana Roast Beef & Med curly fries while I was there. The sandwiches was cold! Bun was not toasted or warmed up. They took it back & didn't even try to compensate me by even offering to upsize my curly fries. It's not the point that I want extra free food. It was the principal of just offering & saying sorry for the inconvenience 4xs! 4 Stikes!!! I'm not sure I will continue coming to this location. Sad.

And while I was there, they messed up on a gentleman's French fries and they offered him a upsize for his inconvenience but not my inconvenience? 😡🤷‍♀️

So...
