Holy mother... I just recently had the privilege of gracing my tastebuds with the wonderful fast food establishment that is Del Taco for the first time in my 32 years of existence.. and im not going to lie... im not a big fast food consumer like i was 15 years ago. However, this was some top-notch, flavorful, filling, and overall satisfying food that came to us how everyone likes everything anymore these days...and that's; Quick, fast, in a hurry, right now, can't wait any longer than 10 seconds until someone starts complaining about something, hahaha... im not kdding yoi either my friends.. I've seen it all too much. It's wild...
Anyway...
Even the value menu is decent too! So if you're low on funds, you're in the clear, and have no fear of the combo meal. Keep that gut happy for the time being with only a few bucks! And for the love of god, please try those funnel cake fries, people... i promise you will not regret it!
Its time to wrap this burrito of a review up. I didn't realize how carried away i have been right now going on about food. Haha. Every time I've come through here, it's always been in the late night hour around 10:30-11pm, so it's usually fairly quiet around there, but the service and the staff have been awesome every time. She told me I didn't have to make a complaint regarding this, all I had to do is ask for "extra" tomatoes.
First of all, I submitted feedback regarding my visit, isn't that what it's there for?
I never once asked for anything but an ear to listen to my concerns.
Second, she had the gall to say that I should be lucky that she allowed me to place my order in the first place.
I'm also in a wheelchair so trying to maneuver a manual wheelchair with a tray of 4 tacos back to the front counter so they could be made right isn't easy to do.
Lastly, I'm on phosphorus binders for my kidney disease, which I already took for this meal, and don't have a lot of time after taking them before I need to eat or they lose their effectiveness.
The points I used were earned and it'sĀ never specified how many points I could use per visit.
Being that I feel she lacks any real customer service and she can't take constructive criticism to learn and grow, I feel the best course of action would be for me to use any and all points I've earned as well as use up my gift card balance part ways with Del Taco as Mexican restaurants in Phoenix are a dime a dozen.

I have gone through the drive-thru more than 10 times at this location. This is being very kind since they have made my order correctly ONCE. No matter what I order, it will be wrong. I don't order things in a custom way. There is no excuse for getting this wrong. Today there was not one single other customer there so they can't use the "busy" excuse. There is always some thing made wrong, missing or something in the bag that I didn't order. Also, why ask how many sauce packets you want if they are only going to give half of what you ask for? I have told them 5 times now that the menu price is different between the 2 menus but that doesn't matter to management. This is a very poorly run location. It is really is too bad that this is the only one in the area. I wish you could give ZERO stars on...
