Armando's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! I've been a customer for months with no problems. Then on Sunday, August 13 I pulled into the drive through at 7pm. There were two cars ahead of me and I sat at the order post for about 5 min before being asked for my order. After placing my order I sat for almost 15 minutes behind the two cars in front of me before the car in front of me took off due to the long wait. When I finally got to the window (after about 20 minutes) they gave me the order that the car in front of me (who took off angrily) ordered apparently so I drove around, pulled into a parking place and went in and told them this wasn't my order, that I had ordered the fish taco's and the hot dog. The young PUNK kid (who didn't speak a word of English at least not to me), took the receipt I had, gave me a refund, turned his back on me and proceeded to take care of other customers. After standing there waiting for another 10 minutes thinking they were working on correcting my order I asked this kid, "are you making my fish tacos". He looked at me and said NO and turned his back on me again. Obviously because their service was so slow and so bad the car in front of me drove off they thought when I pulled up to the window that I was that driver and gave me his order and when I went in to tell them it was wrong they thought I was him (who apparently was rude to them) and treated ME with disrespect for his actions. I will NEVER buy food from these jerks again and the young kid was a total PUNK. He lost the company two...

I can't believe there are no reviews for these guys. No joke I am so loyal to these people, there are always so nice to me. I come in and as soon as they see its a smile and a how are you. Doesnt matter what I order the hook me up fat. The lady in the morning likes plants just like me, we've chatted a little about them a few times. The food is great which is another reason I am loyal... Honestly they just make you feel welcomed , the food is awesome and they are fast too. I'd give give 10 stars but the only allow 5... so double that up from me when you read this review. They are well worth the visit peeps...

And don't forget to tip, they work hard and it shows, the food, customer service, and a smile... can't bet that... Stop in and see for yourself... Oh wait one down fall, lol my tow truck can't make it through the driver thru lol... Just kidding hahaha I'd go inside still even if it did lol... its just that kind of place... Make sure you know EXACTLY what their menu has on it, and what you're ordering. Because if you somehow accidentally order something and it turns out to be wrong or not what you thought it was, they'll refuse to give you the correct item and proceed to tell you "it's not my fault you don't know the menu" "it's your fault for not telling me the difference between plain and just meat, when we still put items in the taco's that make you sick" the so called manager there continued to tell me that he would not replace ONE incorrect taco because it wasn't his fault, and when telling him no other place would say something like that to a customer, he stated "well we're not McDonald's or somewhere else". I went here instead of Filibertos since they have been putting out poor quality food at 19th age and Bell, and boy was it a mistake. Stay away from this place and go to the other location if you can, so much for customer...
