Awful service. Never ever go back. Thought I would try the wings. Asked if I could have half in half flavors because they only have 2. I was met with "we don't do that" ok... So I went with the dry rub... They came out and were cooked perfectly. The rub wasn't very good at all so instead of asking them to make me new ones with the buffalo sauce I just asked for a side of buffalo... Again met with "we don't do that here" mind you I've spent over $50 on 2 burgers 1 fry a drink and 1 order of wings (which were $15 for 6 wings .. Crazy) I told the cook to just keep them if he was going to be that petty. No one followed up with us about the situation. When leaving I asked who the manager was and was met with "we have a lot of them" they didn't even offer to take the wings off my bill... This place is over hyped and will be a victim of having the attitude of being the hottest smash burger place at the moment when all that hype dies down and are left with only loyal customers to feed.... And they are going to find it hard to maintain loyal customers when they treat them like I was treated .. It's a shame, the concept is really cool and I went in there ready to jump on the band wagon but left with a bag taste in my mouth. I guess it's Jimmy's way...

I ordered the double burger w/ no pickles, of course they put pickles on it. Hard to know if I would’ve enjoyed the burger more if there wasn’t pickle juice on my burger after removing the pickles.

When you spend this much money on food, or any amount of food. Your food should come out the way you ordered. I’m not allergic to pickles but I’m just not a fan of them at all, I don’t like the taste, I don’t want the juices on my burger. I understand I could’ve asked them to remake it but then the burger would’ve most likely been tossed in the trash. Anyway, I’m not about to waste food so I ate the burger with the pickle juices on it. Not a fan of their ranch either, taste like pickled ranch, even when I tried it separately with the fries only.

The meat and buns tasted like quality but overall flavor; it’s difficult to tell if I enjoyed it because as I said before the pickle juice ruined it for me.

It’s easy for a company to say “we would’ve remade it for you”

But I DO NOT want to waste food, please just ensure that orders are made correctly the first time, especially when customers are paying a crazy amount for a meal. Employees were all nice and...

I’ve been wanting to try Bad Jimmy’s for a long time but never made it out to their downtown location. Today I finally got to visit their new spot in Midtown Central — and it did not disappoint!

They have a good-sized parking lot, which made things super convenient. The decor inside is sassy and cute, and the vibe is really welcoming. You order at the counter when you walk in, get a number, then relax while they bring the food out to you. There’s also a separate bar area where they make fresh cocktails (I don’t drink anymore, so I can’t speak for the drinks, but it looked great).

The service was awesome — everyone was so friendly. I tried a smash burger for the first time and it was delicious! The beef patty was well-seasoned with perfectly crispy edges. And the waffle fries were amazing — super crunchy and tasty.

I’ll definitely be...

After seeing all the hype on social media I was really excited to try Bad Jimmy's. Outside looks like any ordinary building, step inside and you're transported to a 50s diner that met the 80's. The menu is similar to In and out, simple and basic. Today I tried the Classic double and added bacon with the waffle fries. The burger was nice and sloppy,a little saltier than expected but still very good. It actually reminded me of a Freddy's burger. Its a cool little restaurant with a laid back vibe. They also have a bar in the restaurant it was just as busy as the restaurant side. Overall a really cool little place, good food...only downside for me was the price. My combo cost $23,for me its a great place to visit every once and a while.
