Biscuits Foothills — Restaurant in Phoenix

This is the 3rd time that we have tried Biscuits and each time the food has not been great. This was my experience this morning: My husband ordered a meal that came with 2 eggs any style. When he got the meal the eggs were missing. We checked the menu to make sure we read it correctly...we did the eggs were missing, It took a while to flag down our waitress and asked where the 2 eggs were. Her reply "oh you never told me that how you wanted your eggs, so I assumed you did not want eggs". WOW--that is a great waitress! We got the 2 eggs about 10 minutes later, his food was cold by then. We told the cashier about our experience and she replied "Let me speak to the manager and see what we can do" I told her no need, I just want to let you know how your waitress is handling your customers. I love eating at Biscuits various locations, but I'm especially fond of their newest location here in the Ahwatukee Foothills. Just a stone's throw off the new 202 exit on Desert Foothills Pkwy, this location serves both Breakfast and Lunch (flip the menu and you'll be amazed at the selections). It's a great "meet up" spot to gather for casual dining, a business meeting, or a morning with the girls (or guys)! Try the Biscuits and Gravy, the SOS, OR their Benedicts. Don't count calories...these are delicious! On the flipside, try the Dagwood Sandwich or BLT, as both are great. Their soups are, too! Come here all the time and I guess seem to overlook the issues everytime.. ruse sign on door saying have patience or ask to work. Rude servers. Won't give you a straw for water won't get you lemon won't sub hashbrowns for yogurt. Only reputable worker here is Terry. She is very kind and understanding. Constant attitude and 35min wait for water. Ask for the owners name then a server says I'm the owner then 20mins later she's just a manager then 5mins after that she apparently just a friend who helps. Very unprofessional and disheartening. The benedic bread was mushy and soggy and would barley cut w a fork and the rest of the meal tasted like water. Nobody comes and refills the drinks. Really could keep going but...
