This Burger King location is the worst I have ever been to. The managers don't deal with any issues, and the employees are rude and disrespectful.
I ordered my food, and specifically asked for a burger with cheese on it. The lady working the counter was clearly checked out and not paying attention. My burger did not come with cheese, and when I said something about it, I was told that I never said anything about cheese. The guy working the kitchen then proceeded to talk about how cheese costs money, and slapped a piece of cold cheese onto my burger. Not to mention me and one other person were the only people there, so there was no rush to get orders through or anything.
Now, I understand that a slice of cheese isn't really the end of the world, but it is how the employees dealt with it is where the problem is. It got to the point where I had to say "I am not going to argue about this with you" to the employee working the register. If I have to say anything along those lines in any restaurant, then there is a problem. I shouldn't have to argue about my order. A simple, "sorry we can't do that for you" would have sufficed. I would have rather not gotten what I wanted than to be treated like garbage.
This is just one of the many times my order has been wrong, or there has been some sort of problem at that specific location. All other locations I have been to are completely fine.
The employees seemed like they were teenagers that didn't care about their work, and when faced with a problem they resorted to disrespectfulness and complaining.
There is a reason why every time I drive past this location or go inside, it is always empty. If you are looking for food in that area, go to Barro's Pizza down the street. There is also an In-And-Out nearby as well who don't treat their customers as badly as this location does.
Zero stars, this Burger King would be better off located in a hood then the nice...
Read moreMy recent experience was less then amazing. I had two friends help me move yesterday. I’m 1 mile from this location. Being mobile for the first time in 6 days ( thanks to my friend) I treated them to Burger King Drive-through for an early dinner. Tired and starving we got home and were shorted a meal, # 1 Whopper with Chz Med w/Dr pepper. I wasn’t about to go all the way back over there so I ate a bag of M & Ms. finished moving some things and went to bed. Today I found myself right back in that area so we still went back to Burger King despite they’re mix up the day before. I explained what happened to a young man who later claimed to be the manager on duty. He said one minute and went in the back. I could here him explaining what I had told him to someone else. He returned and said because I didn’t immediately call in to complain and his assistant didn’t remember missing an order the day before, they cannot honor replacing my order. I explained that we still came back and are about to spend more money in your Restaurant. I am not trying to get something for free. I just don’t want to pay twice for 1 order. He told me there was nothing he could do. Ive worked In the Customer service industry for many years and believe me, there were many times I wanted to say NO to a customer. But at the end of the day Loyal & Repeat Customers are more important then being able to throw around what little power you’re allowed. Especially when it’s not your business you’re losing, it’s the owner whom you work for. I will never give my business to that location again. Thanks...
Read moreI drive by everyday when I go to work. It’s brand new so I gave it a go. Ordered a whopper and fries and it only took less than 2 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I drove off which was impressive. Girl at the drive thru was very nice. After Unbagging my food at work I realize why it was so fast. My whopper was flattened, and barely room temperature. Lettuce was so soggy and tomato was tattered and mushy. My fries were almost completely hard in texture, although slightly warm, and had an “old greasy smell” to them. My food was FAR from fresh and it was probably the worst food I ever got from any fast food place. After one bite of my whopper and a fry I threw it away. I give them an extra star for the nice employee but I will never go back. On a Saturday at about 12:30 I was the only one in the drive thru and there were no cars in the parking lot, other than a couple of cars which I assume are employee cars. Now I know why there’s never anyone there any other time of day I drive by... Shame that they couldn’t make fresh food for a customer. That’s not how you’re going to get business, Dove...
