Do yourself a favor and choose another Balloon Company. We got this ride as a gift, thinking it would be as awesome as other balloon rides from other companies in the past. We were very wrong. From the start, on 10/17/24 it seemed like there was only two real employees, (the Pilot and someone else) and a bunch of temps that had no idea what to do. The Pilot asked for help getting the balloon set up, not fake - take a picture help, actually needed help rolling it out the balloon and filling it up! After paying as much as these people did! This day was clear and there was absolutely no adverse weather going on. We then proceeded to go about 100ft in the air, yes really. We traveled less than 100ft up and floated in a straight line almost in the exact same place we started! Literally hovered around our launch site! Pilot kept complaining about "the wind keeping us in place?" Maybe he didn't have enough money for fuel or something? Meanwhile, at least five other balloons could be seen at a normal height cruising up and over Daisy Mountains and down the Valley, (higher than 100ft), like a normal balloon ride. Probably should have booked with them...Then the Pilot tells us, "We could have an A landing which is perfect, a B landing which is kinda rough, or a C landing where we hit hard and flip over." I though this was his attempt at a joke. It was not. The only speed this guy ever got up on the ride was when we were about to land! We slammed into the ground, the basket flipped on its side, and passengers all fell on each other. I had to help a couple elderly women up and out. Thankfully no-one was seriously hurt, everyone looked in shock. Does this sound like a reputable company to you? Or one that has any idea what they are doing? We then had some crappy pre-made, luke warm breakfast, that I am positive the Maricopa Health Inspector doesn't know is happening. I would have demanded our money back, but it was gift. I am just sorry it was wasted money. This company no matter how many flights they've been on, was a complete joke and should be avoided at all costs. Do not fly with these clowns at any price.

Where do I start!?!? Wow, wow, wow! Starting with the van ride into the desert, Ande was incredible, she was engaging, funny & so prepared! We enjoyed every moment we spent with her throughout the ride on both directions. She also let me help participate in preparing for take off by volunteering to hold the balloon open while the cold air filled it up. Taking photos so I would have memories of the moment for a lifetime! The Captain was incredibly skilled at his job, launching the balloon where no other balloons takes off! Giving us the opportunity to see things no one else does!! He was open to questions & beyond prepared for landing making it easy, as gentle as possible, and safe. Ending the trip with a delicious breakfast so all the riders were able to eat together. This is something no one else does. What a wonderful addition! I can’t say how grateful we are! Also, his crew chief Earl was energetic, funny and engaging! Keeping everyone happy and motivated to enjoy every second. When they gave us certificates, yes certificates as we all flew on the LARGEST hot air balloon he made sure each person felt extra special!! The entire crew (I did not get every person’s name) was so wonderful!! We would recommend anyone come enjoy this balloon ride! It is magical!

This was an amazing dawn hot air balloon ride experience! The crew was professional and experienced. Riding in the largest basket in North America was comfortable, luxurious and not cramped in any way. This was a magical event from start to finish. My favorite part was how initially we glided low in the air over the desert like a graceful feather observing the wildlife, scenery and landscape before rising high in the sky. The piloting was so perfect and they narrated just enough that we knew what the plan was at all times. Then, top it off with a champagne breakfast and toast! This hot air balloon ride was like spending a morning in a fairy tale!

I received this as a Christmas gift and brought my daughter along for our trip. We had an amazing time. Make sure you do meet them early at the time they specify. They were super organized and let us know what was going to happen. The basket was clean and huge.

My daughter and I got to help with some of the set up and it was super fun. We held the balloon open as the fans blew it open. The cloth from the balloon weighs about 1000 lbs ( a little less!). If you remember the parachute game you may have played in elementary school, it felt like a big game of that.

The balloon ride was beautiful and our pilot was very knowledgeable about the area. We had a beautiful day and our ride was smooth . Everyone was very kind and we had a great time....
