We are frequent visit to the Nektar in tempe marketplace so we were excited to see one up here. Our excitement quickly turned to mass disappointment. the parking lot is horrendous with the driver thru Starbucks next to it. The front desk woman was rude and cold on our Sunday 10 am visit 3/28. I understand we were wearing masks, but when a customer asks a question you should respond verbally and not just with slight head nods or shakes and pointing fingers. I went back to the counter to ask for agave to be added ( never had to ask before and it would just be included ) and no staff was around. The girl who had made the bowl was next door at Starbucks. The other young employee who was in the back could see me waiting, finally came out, and after expressing my concerns, did not seem to care whatsoever. Oh well. It was good...
