I've tried this place many times. For lunch and dinner. I've worked nearby we have done to go deliveries as well. This place, although it is tasty, is rather very pricy and has only gone up in price while dwindling down in size of portions. It's such a shame. This is definitely not a poor person's food place. You can not use this as original Tai take out and feed a family of 4. The food you order for you will barely be enough for yourself. The crispy chicken I usually get comes with a dipping sauce but the greedy MFs will purposely forget to give you that sauce rendering the meal useless and leave you wanting chik FIL a. Another non poor person meal but hey we all like to eat expensive sometimes so if you wanna fork out the dough and drop $100 for a few bowls of rice and 10 crispy chicken tots with the chicken burned out it's shell, you can pay that to have the managers look at you in disgust while you pick up your food. Oh and don't you dare order to go/take out and try to eat it in shop they will for sure kick you out saying you got to go you cant be there 😂 the staff is very stand off-ish and asking for napkins, Chopsticks, or anything will earn you the scowl of their ancestors. I do admire that you can change your level of heat with the food, like they just add more spicy powder to your bowl. It's very unique and probably the only thing keeping this place around. And yes I second the fact they are notorious for closing early, Closing when they say they are open etc. The benefit of being a small family owned business is they have they right to refuse service to anyone i guess 🤷🏻‍♀️ be warned that here they truly exercise it and though it was only once I witnessed them refuse to serve someone. Updated review - Just a note for those using the app to order. I ordered two entrees and a soup using the app. I spent almost 15 minutes trying to "get it right" on my end. However, someone else takes the order off the app and enters it for the cook, thus errors DO OCCUR!

I ordered two "proteins" on one of the entrees both chicken and shrimp with extra sauce. Instead they gave me TOFU and chicken. This basically ruined this entree as the extra sauce made the tofu mushy. We wanted shrimp, not mushy tofu!

They are "giving us a store credit" for an entree on our next order. That makes ordering more difficult on our end. Doesn't really make up for having to eat or pick out the mushy tofu when you wanted shrimp!

We spent over $50 after leaving a small tip. And I had to spend the time to look up the email order compare it to the bag receipt, etc etc. Guess what we are going to consider when we pick a place for takeout?

What can I say, Ty and Emy proved to me what customer service is. The food is so outstanding in it's own right but it was the service that set the bar so high for me I have to commend them both and their team. I had a large order of 5 meals and 2 of them were slightly incorrect. I called to let the team know thinking that maybe another customer would get my order as I appeared to get someone else meal. I spoke to Ty and he was very courteous and wanted to comp my whole meal. I told him "NO"! I would not allow that at all, I told him two dishes comp would be acceptable, after all, I want them to stay in business and support them with future orders. Week's pasted and we placed another large order, Emy took care of me and after all was said, she comped the two dishes plus a coke and threw in some crab puff's. There is nothing more delightful than having a friendly neighborhood restaurant that places customer service at the top of the priority list. I will continue to support them by me and my family eating there as much as we can, after all the food is outstanding but Ty and Emy are what made the true difference. You Both Rock!!!
