I am writing to share my recent experience at your Starbucks location, which was quite disappointing.
On Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, I pre-ordered a hot macchiato, a breakfast falafel, and a cheese danish through the drive-thru. Upon arriving at the window, I noticed a cold drink and informed the staff that this was not my order. After confirming my name, I was told they could make my drink hot. However, due to the long line behind me, I decided to take the cold drink instead. One of the staff members mentioned that next time I ordered through the drive-thru, I should let them know, and they would provide me with a complimentary drink due to the error.
Fast forward to today, March 27th, 2025, I entered the storefront and spoke with Jeremy at the counter about my previous experience. I mistakenly mentioned it was Monday when it was indeed Tuesday. Unfortunately, as Jeremy checked a "book" for complimentary drinks, my name was not listed, and the line behind me began to grow. Jeremy explained that names must be documented for complimentary drinks and mentioned, "I'm not saying you are lying, but a lot of people come in here lying for a free drink." This remark felt incredibly embarrassing and unjust, as I would never ordinarily ask for a free drink.
Additionally, this is not the first time I have encountered issues at this Starbucks, including long waits and orders being incorrect, which adds to my disappointment.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see improvements in customer service at starbucks...

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I was pretty upset I should’ve just ordered on the app to avoid seeing such upset employees that seem to hate people and their jobs. I asked the ladies making the drinks if I could bother them for an iced water and they just looked at me and said yeah in a very bothered tone. As I stare at them making my order they were bickering about my order as if they were annoyed making it. Their body language said it all they seemed to hate their jobs. I called and asked for the girls names and I can tell they didn’t want to provide that info to me. The one making my drink said she was the manager. She was a blonde girl considers herself brunette I guess and said I wasn’t supposed to ask for water there. I told her you could have politely asked me to order it with the cashier. Read moreI live close by to the Starbucks, I've gone in here many times the minute you walk in the door they'll look at you to say what are you doing here they're not too friendly. I go in many a times they take care of the person in front of me then they walk away and they don't return I stand there I stand there and I wait I've walked out a couple times. I went in today customer ahead of me I waited customer walked away I still waited nobody says hello how you doing they're not customer oriented or friendly it looks like they don't want to work. To make a long story short this is not the only location that does this I'm not from this area I just moved here and the Starbucks that I'm used to is very customer oriented they smile and they love their customers.
