Burger King — Restaurant in Phoenix

This location is horrible. Since it is a new location would have expected them to be at the top of their game, but it is quite the opposite. The first time I went shortly after it opened the employee working the drive through sounded like they hated their job and wasn't afraid to show it through the way they spoke. I wrote that off and got the food. The food was not that fresh tasting, but again I figured since it was past the dinner rush it was maybe just an unlucky night for me to go here although I expected more since this location is new. Fast forward to today when I decided to give it another try. The person working the drive through sounded nicer. Then I got the food. I ordered a three piece french toast stick and when I opened the bag I see these burnt shriveled up french toast sticks. They even gave me five of them because they knew they were not acceptable to serve. So give more burnt, cold, and shirveled french toast sticks to make up for it. Then there was the sandwhich. The sandwhich was hardly even warm. I assume that sandwhich was sitting premade for quite some time. I would strongly urge you to go to another location. If this is a franchisee owned location they need to get some training and care about their location. If it is corporate owned then they need to see some of these reviews and put more quality...

Don't usually bother leaving a review for fast food chains. But feel people should be warned about wasting time/money at this specific location.

Pulled into the right lane drive through just before 3:00 PM. Was asked to hold on a minute for them to take my order. Then another car pulled up into the left lane drive thru -- after I had been asked been asked to wait -- and they took their order, no waiting required. Finally ordered 4 Jr. Whoopers with Cheese (no special requests) at 3:10 PM.. Waited another 13 minutes to receive order...at 3:23 PM.

Got home to find the Whopper Jrs. all filled with the big chunks of the white center root portion of the lettuce and the buns stiff, as if they have been sitting out for a while.

After waiting 10 minutes at the window, I even tried to call out and wave down staff, but no one responded. Could see through the drive thru window 3 people standing in the front just staring up at the screens above them or talking back and forth to one another.

If you are looking for "fast" food... might want to look elsewhere. Almost 30 minutes just to get the most common menu...

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT ANY SORT OF TIMELY SERVICE!!! This location is a joke. I don't know how they are still in business. EVERY time I go there, I get the same thing. Empty. I'm the only one at the drive through. Its on a bad corner to go anywhere but north on 35th Ave, and that is usually where people go to go away from the area. I hear "Welcome to Burger King, where you rule. Can you please give me a moment?" Again. no one there. I then proceed to sit for a few minutes until they decide to help. I guess the customer doesn't rule here eh? Maybe stop saying that if you are going to then make people wait.

Today was the last straw. I waited for 5 minutes without any communication. I left. I live literally right down the street from you. I stopped going originally because of this issue. I decided to give you another chance. NO CHANGES. There are a TON of other options near by. The Jack and the Wendy's right down on 27th are REALLY quick and consistent. I go there all...
