This was a horrible experience. I went to see Superman in the IMAX at a time their website said is supposed to be a special Fan Showing. But there was nothing special done for this showing. My movie was supposed to start at 6. I got there at 5, hit up the concessions and the door was open so I walked into my theater, but the previous showing was still going. I asked Guest Service and they said it still had another 30+ minutes. At 6, when the trailers were all supposed to be starting for the viewing I had a ticket for, we were all still waiting for people to clear out and the theater to be cleaned. There are also staff walking around with their earbuds in their ears. And no, it wasn't a radio, because another staff member asked for the persons radio and he took the earpiece out of his other ear. We didn't start to seat until well after 6. I would expect an AMC Multi Screen theater, that is all updated and has a bar and all of that, to have comfortable seats inside. These seats look like they were installed in the 80's or 90's and haven't been updated since, maybe just new upholstery. But who knows when that was last done since the color is so faded. The seats are extremely close together both the people on your sides, and the row in front of you. The theater is also at a very uncomfortable temperature. I was sweating during the movie I saw. I understand you only have 1 IMAX theater at the location, but to schedule the movies so close that people are still waiting for the theater to clear out and get cleaned from the previous viewing at the time the next viewing is supposed to be starting is unacceptable, and unprofessional. I wouldn't go back to...

I drove by Harkins near Arrowhead yesterday and I saw they were open with five movies playing. It's really sad. Not sure how many movies AMC have playing but the movie industry needs to correct itself from sinking. Go watch a flick with the whole family and buy popcorn for...

However, the Dolby sound quality was great. Even after the movie started, the lights remained on for a few minutes, and a few people had to run to the front...
