I had the worst experience ever since this location opened and today topped the cake. Day 1 they dropped my drink on me while handing it to me in the drive thru, I let that go no biggie I stay super close. The other times they barely know how to count money to give the correct change... BUT today something was going on with the system. I was just sitting there with my arm out the window with the cash the girl never said anything. I then asked can I pay she says with an attitude when the system comes back. I simply told just let the customer know next time so they are aware. She didn't hear what I said fully and starts going off saying I didn't have my arm out. I never said she did I said I did. She then comes back and scolds me saying I'm not serving you. I'm asking why not she gets the manager. The manager comes over and tried to say I was rude the last time when I ordered a strawberry lemonade I explained to her she had the wrong person because I can't drink or eat anything strawberry. Hence the fact I always just get natural lemonade. She goes to say I'm not serving you and calling the police on you. I let her know I will sit here and wait because I did no wrong the whole time I'm trying to work with her the employees are drinking the lemonade, and laughing behind her back and making hand gestures behind her back but i was rude. Right. She ended up giving the lemonade but this is the worst...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually enjoy Salad and Go for the food and convenience, but unfortunately when I went to this location around 7:30 PM on June 10 and had a disappointing experience with customer service. As I pulled into the drive-thru, I was abruptly asked for a name. When the team member couldnāt hear me and I repeated myself, their tone turned rude.
I requested a wrap with no avocado due to an allergy and asked to swap cheese for a different kind. The response I got was an exasperated āugh, oh my god.ā When I asked why I was being treated that way, the team member laughed. I decided not to place my order and pulled up to the window to report the incident. I was told the person taking my order was in the back and possibly named āRioā or āRia.ā
Regardless of who it was, this of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. A little courtesy goes a long way, and rude service like this can easily drive away loyal customers. Iāve never had such an experience, even at places with minimal service. Customizing an order should never be met with disrespect especially when the due...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is a joke. Was stoked to have one open up right by my work, but I'm still better off driving to 99th. 30 minute wait to pick up an online order, but 20 cars went through the drive through in that time - are you kidding me??? And I've no delusions that any of the food is actually made fresh, but when the breakfast eggs and sausage are cold (not "been sitting out" cold, but "scooped fresh from the fridge" cold), then they aren't even trying. Note for management - not sure why there was an employee loading like 4 giant bags of lettuce into her car, but either you're getting robbed, or whatever location she is taking them to is getting bags that sat in the back seat in the sun for an hour - this is the food handling sense that is making your food.
Also, whatever discount city planner designed those drive through lanes should be tied up and beaten with their apparently useless...
