Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Phoenix

Due to having to be required to give a rating im giving them a 1 star rating. Where do i start... I placed my order for pick up at 11pm and then made my way to the restaurant to pick up my order which the app stated it would be ready by 11:15, i arrived at 11:11 with 4 minutes to wait on my food. I pulled up through the drive through and was greeted by what seemed to be a manager named Chris, to which he informed me that it would be another 4 minutes before my order was ready and asked me to park in front of the doors facing bell rd. I proceeded to do so and waited, about 10 or so minutes had gone by and the other 4 vehicles that the manager stated that he had in drive thru had already left. I went ahead and called into the restaurant to which i saw Chris go look at the phone and proceeded to answer it and then hang up. Finally, after i got tired of waiting i went into the drive thru lane, i got up to the speaker box and nothing, no greeting. However, when another car pulled up behind me it was an instant greeting. When we were the 2nd car in line at the window, needless to say when we finally got our food the onion rings were hard, we got asked if we even purchased drinks with the combo and had to show proof by showing the receipt that was handed and then when we notated that they forgot the onion rings on the order he went to correct the matter and you could hear him tell the cook that he needed them just so he could get rid of us. Needless to say i was disappointed in the way this was completely handled, i can understand sometimes things taking time but try to at least inform your customers, i personally have worked in the fast food industry and have never experienced this long of a timeframe from when the food was ordered to the time it was finally received, overall the order was placed at 11pm and it took till 11:40 to get the food in my hands. This overall was just a piss poor experience and i would not recommend anyone go to this...

Last night around 11:25 PM I went through the drive through I ordered a double Jalapeno burger no onions with Swiss not Pepper Jack and Zucchini instead of fries not the Six Dollar one because I cant stand the Bread just a plain old Double Jalapeno burger not hard because I asked her to repeat it back to make sure . I drive the 5 miles to My house unload My groceries sit down to eat now 11:50 and what do I have I have a single six dollar bacon burger with barbecue sauce , not what I ordered and not Happy . I wanted to eat and go to bed BUT NO . I hate Barbecue sauce- Hate it so pitched it in the trash and just had Zucchini and a root beer . I call a speak with a sweet gal named Kasandra who is not a manager but In charge , and she said I could bring it back or the receipt and they would be happy to make it right I told her I wasn't going back I was to tired but would go the next day . Today 3/10/2014 I return and spoke with the Manager a Hispanic lady named Maria who can hardly speak English , I explained the problem which she looked at me with disgust and rudely told me she didn't believe me then got a print out of the last day's transactions to prove I was wrong . I said your right the receipt was wrong and it's not what I ordered . She keep showing me the printout and arguing with me and basically called me a liar again all of a sudden she Snapped FINE BUT IM NOT GIVING YOU A DRINK ! I said your kidding me I paid for a meal last night and got Root Beer and a little zucchini and tonight I get a burger and a zucchini WOW . When I asked her for the original receipt and store number and her name she said why do you need that I cant give you the recipe we keep it for our records . I asked her for the order number of the receipt and I know she gave me a different number . I go to this Carl's JR. a few times a week and have had problems before and she has always been Rude to everyone I have seen who has a problem...

Since my review yesterday was deleted, I will go ahead and share again. The girl with the red hair is completely unprofessional and rude, my order was super simple 2 spicy chicken combos. I get my total being over $25 and I mention that the last time I came It was under $20 for our exact same meal. She giggled.. I get my food (I should’ve checked) go back to work and both the orders are wrong, HB Chicken sandwich… I pack the food back up and take it in, stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, stated my food is wrong and I’d just like the correct sandwiches, she then proceeded to have attitude. She gives me the food and slides the bag to me I asked if I could have the difference back and she looked confused. I told her one meal is $12 one is $7 I paid for 2 and there is a difference in price, she gives me the $8.25 back with attitude of course, and because this was company money I asked for the receipt that she printed out for me to staple to the original. More attitude came and said she didn’t do anything different I stated it was company money and I need a duplicate receipt and she denied and told me to have a good day. The fact this place is so close to our business and we were happy to have a new place for lunch to eat the last time we were there was great, because we didn’t have to deal with her, they go by a S.U.P.E.R slogan and fail to meet any of the meanings. The lack of customer service is so horrible you can’t even get a smile at the window. The owner or district manager should be ashamed to over...
