I ordered food from them last night January 27th of 2019 they told me it would be 25 minutes for my food and I could come and pick it up when I got there the food wasn't ready had to wait an additional 10 minutes for it that was no problem. When I got home the box that my food was and was broken so sauce was all over everything called told them about it they said they would give me credit for it no problem there. When I was eating my food my tongue throat and lips started to itch and swell up. (I'm highly allergic to shellfish) I called the restaurant and I asked them do you use the same fryer that you cook your Seafood in for your chicken and their reply was yes I said okay and hung up with them. Nowhere on their menu does it State this. So I got to spend six hours in the emergency room last night because I was having an allergic reaction to their food. My friend called to let them know what was going on and they told her well we only use the fryers like that only sometime and she stated will maybe you should put that on your menu for people that have an allergy can know this and they said nothing. I called today to try to talk to the manager and the girl that answered the phone told me while he's not in and I asked when will he be in and she said oh I don't know but you can talk to me I told her no I would like to talk to a manager and she hung up on me. So if you have a seafood allergy I recommend not going here because obviously they don't care about their customers and their allergies or they would stay on their menu that they do use the same fryer for everything. I'm going to be looking into a lawyer to see what I can...

I'm not sure if everyone is lying or just doesn't know what real Chinese food is, I'm actually shocked I ate this. I didn't eat all of it, the lack of taste was overpowering. No seasoning. I got fried rice and sweet/sour chicken, literally all I tasted was the bleach from rice that they didn't wash properly. Before you begin to ask how do I know chinese food? My partner is fully chinese, we have tasted chinese food from many restaurants to find what is authentic. This is downright ugly for a place to even call themselves chinese food honestly. The rice was a disgrace. How do you mess up rice? I have never tasted such bland chinese food ever. I think the people in this area were tricked into thinking what chinese food is, this isn't it. Unless you prefer no seasoning and less spice in chinese food and bland then here...

I ordered the chicken chow mein lunch combo with fried rice, egg roll, a fried wonton and egg drop soup. The chicken chow mein had above average flavor but when I seen the chicken, I knew this wasn't going to be the place for me. The chicken was cut up into chunks that still had way too fat attached. I found myself spitting out more fat into my napkin than chicken that I was actually able to eat. If it wasn't for the fat this would have been a great dish!!!! The side of fried rice was a little plain but I do have to admit, for what I was, it was cooked to perfection. The egg drop soup was just average and the egg roll was definitely not my favorite. Unfortunately I will not be going back. Although the flavor of the dishes were excellent, I can't stand the taste or texture of chucks of chewy...

With few left in the area, I tried this out. No indoor seating available only take out. With an impressive menu and seemingly fair prices, portion size was discouraging as was the taste. My entree at dinner price was floating in fluid which filled half of what I expected to pay for . The fried rice was good offering some peas and carrots not found in other places. The cheese ragoons were way over fried and hardly filled. The grease they were fried in was far from fresh. Tho the service and complete essentials were there, the food is the let down. Especially the value.

BEST Chinese food in the area, Pong Pong’s has been my go to place for years since getting to know people in the area; Everyone I’ve talked to that’s tried this place recommends them! Employees have always been so kind & helpful. I always have a special request ordering food & they have never disappointed. The food is amazing!!! The sweet & sour chicken is always tender never tough, shrimp fired rice always hot & more shrimps than I expected & crab puffs/ egg rolls appetizers are out of this world! Highly recommend!
