The service is 5 star, company, 0 star. I have loved going to this place, drinks are made well, service goes above & beyond expectations, the staff is friendly with warm smiles. We live in Arizona & to be given water & ice free of charge is one of the main reason I come here & end up leaving spending anywhere between 20 & 40 bucks at least 1 Trent’s drink at least each visit between food & drinks. I will also buy less fortunate brothers food & drink or start a pay it forward paying for mine & others. I really liked how this business cared about human beings enough to provide a basic need but now this policy changed, I was told by an employee about a meeting changing water & bathroom policies; even if it’s your own cup still no water, I understand from a business standpoint cups cost money, tissue paper, soap costs money. But to deny water without purchase even in your own cup, the value of people is below that for a profit. So this company doesn’t value people. If they don’t value me & others why would I give my money to them? I’ve redeemed so many stars & I have enjoyed this company & thinking it was ethical, this is really unfortunate & such a bummer because I really do enjoy coming especially to this location my favorite location & will even go out of my way just to go to this one. This will be my last visit to any Starbucks location I don’t think I could support ethically giving my money to a company that lacks ethics & humanity who ignores the needy, & thirsty unless there’s a profit. That is wrong & disgusting to do, & such a simple thing to provide. I purchase in addition to water & personally it’s nice that it’s complementary & I can use that money towards buying more things, or well used to until next week. As a paying customer I would even pay for someone else’s water who can’t afford it or have a charity that speaks to those who are single parents or on a budget or in between jobs it’s hard living in America is expensive we should help one another. Rather than a policy I’d gladly pay more for my coffee so that means someone can have a free water & cost is covered I mean there’s always a way. Relief programs human beings being humane towards each other. This is so disappointing. I will be finding a coffee shop that values humanity to give my money to. I hope one day this changes, until...
Read moreI go to this Starbucks 35th ave Bell Rd. at least once a day during the week.. two times on the weekend for the most part, the baristas are usually nice but recently, they have been different people working there and they are really bringing the store down what got me to write today is My wife placed an order for four drinks well over $20 and when I got there somebody took order. I talked to the staff one of them was understanding of the situation, but the female I dealt with kept questioning whether or not somebody else may have picked the order up I told her numerous times nobody else picked it up, but she kept insisting that I call and ask finally convincing her that I was the only one coming to pick this order up she started to remake the drink, very upset as I was watching doing short fast pumps on the sweetener overfilling the cups with ice, as if the extra product must be coming out of her paycheck after not paying attention to the order placed she made two of my drinks the same which I pointed out one was supposed to be different than the other.. she took one of them pulled the lid off and threw the whole thing in the sink, very aggressively after getting home and tasting them each one of my family members said how they did not taste proper I then told them the story of what happened. That’s usually a pretty busy store and the quality is not always the best. I usually take into consideration how busy they are but today was totally...
Read moreThe staff are always so nice. I’ve never had a problem with any Starbucks before. However that has now changed. I highly recommend if you or anyone you are getting drinks/food for if you have allergies to anything don’t go here!!!’ I purchased 4 drinks all substituted with almond milk for a milk allergy. All 4 of my drinks were made with regular milk instead. My children were crying that their stomachs were hurting because they can’t and don’t drink regular milk. I called the store 4 times last night no answer. So I call back today, I speak with Mattie and he says he can’t find an order of my drinks. Makes NO sense I clarify with him I’m calling the correct location I went to on 35th ave and Bell Rd. He says that is correct. So with that being said I’m already frustrated a because my children were in pain then he tells me some BS that I know is not the case because this is the one I went to. He hangs up on me cause he can hear the frustration in my voice. I called back and I explained to him why I am frustrated he had no care in the world. Like if you don’t have my order did they ring it in correctly? Did I pay the correct amount? He had nothing to say. He had no remorse that his employees messed up and made a family with an allergy have problems due to his staff!!!! Please people if you have an allergy Don’t go here. They don’t care and will mess it up. If they did it to my children they will do...
