I had a FRUSTRATING experience yesterday. I order my rice without cilantro. It is ALWAYS a challenge for your staff taking the order, yesterday it was very difficult for the young lady. I appears she did not listen. I walked up and told her "I need a salad and a bowl with Brown Rice, no cilantro, because of past experiences I repeated it several times. She proceeded to get the container, put the lettuce in it, move to the rice section and put brown rice with cilantro in the bowl. I told her it was incorrect and we started again.
The family member I was with opted to take the salad however she needed kids meals with WHITE RICE no cilantro. Your staff member was able to get the white rice and make the meals.
It was my turn again, I said I will need a salad and a bowl with BROWN RICE no cilantro, she proceeded to put white rice on the salad. I told her that was wrong and she would have to throw it out and start again. I said I told you a salad with brown rice about 4 times are you having difficulty hearing me, she said "I'm new".
She got the brown rice and finished our order.
When we got home, 3 minutes away, went to serve the kids meals the quesadillas cheese was not even melted.
Overall this experience was a 1 star. It has ALWAYS been difficult getting rice without cilantro, I'm not sure how to overcome this. I understand being new at a job, I have been there several times and there needs to be more attention to detail. I seems like this team member was more "task orientated" than get it right for the customer.

Read moreI honestly do not know what has happened to this location. I typically order from here after I get out of class because I really enjoy Chipotle, but as of late the quality has gone down. Normally I am one of those guys that just says, aw things happen, no biggie. But when it repetitively happens there is clearly an issue. On multiple occasions I know I will pay for a double order of chicken etc and only get barely a portion. I don't know if it is Chipotles motto to just take advantage of people who do mobile orders or what, but today put me over the edge. I'll include the picture, but today was my bday, and this was my Happy Bday Guac from Chipotle! Completely brown even after stirred and the pic was 10 minutes after pickup. It's ridiculous!!! Then they have the nerve to ask you to tip staff, which I DO EVERY TIME! And this is tipping people who have no idea what customer service is or how to be pleasant when you walk in. It's always like you are a burden, at least for me. But honestly what a smack in the face! I patronize your establishment very frequently, always tip the staff, and just take it when the service is extremely sub par, but not today! I recommend finding another location or avoiding Chipotle all together, as when my wife called to complain, we didn't even get the location, we got a customer service rep from God knows where and the only solution was to "refund me", not much to refund as it was supposed to be my free bday bonus, it is really a shame that this is...

I get my order and notice I have a bowl of beans and meat. I look on my receipt, to make sure I did not make an error and they forgot the rice. So essentially I have black bean soup. I call the location and was passed to a manager. Where he did not apologize or care about the error. He stated that they were busy and I could come to the store for a remake. Then when I asked him why I had to come to the store since I placed my order on the chipotle website. He stated again that they don’t deliver and raised his voice. I asked for his first and last name and he yelled that I can give you a free order or whatever you want and hung up on me.
