Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Phoenix

I just left this location and the service was horrible! When I walked in no one greeted me or even acknowledged that I entered the lobby. All employees looked at me and just continue to talk with one another. After about 3mins of waiting and there was no other customers. A worker name Elizabeth came to take my order and asked rudely “how can I help you?” I gave her my order with disappointment and stated that I was not happy with the fact she was rude and no one greeted me or said one moment. She stated “ I was busy” with no sense of care. I asked to speak with the manager she said he is busy. I said I’ll wait she stormed off and came back to say he can’t come now I said I’ll wait. In about 5 mins the manager Jaime can and I expressed my concerns he apologized and said the AC went out as that was an answer to justify her rude behavior. Walked in the young lady with eye lashes and nose ring did not greet or acknowledge me, then Jose a tall guy did the same thing. I finally asked the person cooking to come help and I order the fresh spicy chicken they were about to cook which is a 20 minute wait. I said I'll wait can I have a courtesy cup for my wait, as I have alwaysbeen presented with for years coming to church's and they did not want to provide. Until I informed it's a Dixie cup of a beverage I just spent almost $18 and I can't be a courtesy of a small beverage and they then provided. I explained just acknowledging a customer and being courtesy makes it all worth a person spending their money. I want this data provided to the corporate office for the location of 3350 W. Everyone here seems to have a chip on their shoulder. No smiles. No greetings. Just blank, glazed over stares. Came to the drive thru to get a family meal and took it home. Realized I didn't get biscuits until it was unpacked at the house. I thought it was included so I drive back to find out that it was either a large side and biscuits or 2 regular sized classic sides. I asked to be charged for biscuits, since it was my misunderstanding, just to be told that they can't accept credit cards. Seems like nothing in the store is as it should be. No hair nets. Didn't see anyone washing hands. The store ambiance certainly fits the area. Definite lack of pride and courtesy. Drive to the next one or get chicken elsewhere. Who knows what really goes on in...
