This past Saturday, November 10th, I went through the drive thru to pick up lunch, I purchased the 20 piece meal and a couple other items. The transaction was completed smoothly, I thought, and I left with my food. When I got home, I checked my phone and noticed I had a notification from my bank that I was overdrawn, I knew this was not correct because I had almost $200 in my account and the only thing I had purchased was the chicken order and my total was only $36.45. I checked my bank account and saw that Church's Chicken had charged me 5 times!!! I immediately drove back to Church's, I went inside and asked for the manager. I showed her my phone with my bank account pulled up, the 5 charges for $36.45 each and told her I needed her to fix that. She asked the boy (Albert?) who had been working in the drive thru, if he had run the card more than once, he said no. So she turned to me and said "We only charged you once." I showed her my phone again with my bank account showing the 5 separate charges for $36.45 each, she repeated that they had only charged me one time. I was completely flabbergasted, she was completely disinterested in helping me at all, or acknowledging that there were actually 5 charges for Church's Chicken. She proceeded to completely ignore me for the rest of the time I was standing there. I called my bank from the restaurant and was on the phone for about 15 minutes trying to fix the problem, but since the charges came from the restaurant, my bank said they were going to have to wait till the charges cleared my account to fix the issue and that they were only able to reverse 1 charge that day, leaving me with a whopping $0.30 in my account (this was incredibly frustrating since I had a whole day of errands to run and groceries to buy that I was not able to do because of this awful screw up). My bank said that the credit for the other charges should be back in my account the following morning. The following morning, the money had not been returned, I called the bank and they said they could not refund the rest of the money until the charges cleared the bank. Today is Wednesday, November 14th, the money is finally back in my account (minus the legitimate single charge of $36.45 for the order I received), this was by far, one of the most irritating, frustrating, and inconvenient experiences I have EVER had in my life. After ordering we pulled up to the window where again there was a lack of basic customer service. It was some Indian women, not even a smile. I paid and she brought the order to the window and left the window right after.
As soon as I grabbed the bag I notice something wasn't right as I had ordered all fries so I sat there and waited. She then returned to the window and when I brought the mishap to her attention stating that we had ordered all fries, she replied stating, "No. You said you wanted mashed potatoes. " I show her my receipt and she took it by force out of my hands. She then look at me with a dirty face and said " I'll get your fries but I don't want you coming back". Then she slammed the drive thru door at my face.
Later she came back with my fries that I had ordered. After I ask her if I can speak to her manager and she said "I am the manager" and slammed the drive thru door at my face again.
I was so upset how someone this rude and crazy could be the manager and how she told me that she doesn't want me coming back, and she right I'm never coming back to this Churches Chicken ever again!!! I hope the CEO of church's chicken fire...

I went through the drive thru and I order two of the 3pc chicken combo. I get home and my chicken was completely raw and pink. So I went back there but I went inside instead. I let the lady know my chicken is not cooked so she called for her manager to assist. The manager asked me very rude whatās the problem and I told her to look at the chicken itās completely uncooked and she snapped and told me itās cook and they received new chicken and itās supposed to look like thatā¦.i told her Iām not eating that it looks very unsafe and Iām not getting salmonella eating this. So I asked for my money back and she had an attitude the entire time and kept asking another worker whereās my sodaā¦.then I asked her for my original receipt and she got an attitude and told me she need to show the boss and I said I need it so I can call her boss about my experience and she lied and said sheās the boss but she clearly said she was the manager.
