We arrived at 730pm only to find the lobby doors locked without any notice,at that point we went to the drive thru while waiting in line two ladies walked into the lobby..now the doors are open. So we got out of the drive-through line and went into the lobby, And after standing at the counter For approximately 5 to 10 minutes unacknowledged,an employee came Out from the kitchen and identified himself as" Heath" the asst manager told us to get out of the lobby in a very rude tone... We explained to Him that we were there prior to 8 o'clock And his response was I I'm having staffing issues and you need to leave the lobby. My friend asked him for his name and title and he responded with " I'm the assistant manager and you can complain all you want". Once again I told him that the doors were unlocked .and he said well the last customer was supposed to have locked the door. This employee "Heath" Was very rude and condescending and made us feel as if we were being trespassed and thrown off the property not to mention he looked as if He just got out of bed clothes were sloppy and no name tag,his behavior and tone with us was un Acceptable. Neither one of us will ever return to this store. Because of Heath,if that is his name. Very poor Communication skills on his part And very unprofessional. When I asked for the store number he " you need to leave the lobby " in a stern tone,I plan on contacting the Corporate office with...
Read moreTaco Bell is Taco Bell, we all understand that. The base workers don’t get any say in things. The night managers here today were the slowest workers here and caused the drive-through line to take more than 30 minutes. I had the time to leave the car (as a passenger of course), use the restroom inside, watch the people on staff barely move for the outside AND inside lines. If you know fast food, you know they were only hurting themselves for the next hour. It seems Taco Bell’s corporate needs to help this location in changing their management to those who understand the word “fast” in fast food. All fast food employees deserve fair, well-paying wages. But waiting in a fast food drive-through for the time it takes me to go to a fast-casual (or even to a fancier place) is a tad bit ridiculous.
After further analysis (because we left as fast as possible, understandably so) only two parts of our order was correct: the drinks. All food items were incorrect as well as the size of one of the drinks. I loved Taco Bell when I hated all other fast foods; between the way most fast food workers are treated and the idiocracy that we as consumers have to deal with, it’s time that we shift away from fast food. For healthier options and a business that cares about their employees...
Read moreOrdered two meals. Was given one large and one small soda, I asked if both of them were supposed to be large. Employee corrected it. After receiving my food I pulled forward to check if all items were there, and they forgot a burrito. Since the next car was at window I pulled around to the front, but the dining room was closed. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. There was now a line in drive thru so I go back to doors and try knocking. Employee at window sees me and notifies another employee. They already had my burrito in a bag and she grabs it and points to drive thru asking me to drive around. There are now 4 cars backed up from ordering let alone whoever is past ordering and waiting to pay/get food. Finally girl walks around counter to bring me food. Literally dragging her feet the whole way with the most I don’t care about anything facial expression, hands me my bag says “sorry.” I try to be nice tell her no worries. Grab food and leave. Then get home and realize my chicken quesadilla has no chicken. All over just not great experience. And I wouldn’t be as bothered by everything else if the girl would have handled their mistake differently and more...
