Update 2020... This store is under new ownership and it is WAY Better. The folks who work in there are amazing and super helpful. We visit here like once a week now.

My wife loves their vegan ice cream and I just had the best Caramel Apple Froyo sundae.

(2019) My first thought was information overload. I went in there to get a couple scoops of ice cream and was kit with so many options that I wanted to leave.

I changed my decision to get a 2 scoops of ice cream and decided on a sundae that they had flashing on the wall. When I ordered the sundae the server asked me what kind of ice cream that I wanted. Then I said can I have whatever is in the picture? The server was perplexed and then remembered it was frozen yogurt.

The other downside was the horrible gold railing that was probably intended to guide you through the process of ordering. However, the tables impeded the flow and the servers couldn't help to direct traffic.

This place is close by our house and we decided to try it a year ago when we moved to the area. Tried the hard ice cream then and we weren't fans of it. Really not much better than the store bought gallons for $5. We decided to try it again almost a year later because you can't always judge a place off of 1 bad experience. Before ordering I decided to try a sample of the cotton candy and it was very freezer burnt with ice crystals in it. My husband and i both ended up getting he cookie and cream sundae as its normally made except I wanted hot fudge instead of chocolate sauce. The cashiers were nice and I liked the variety. However the ice cream was again terrible. Very grainy texture, freezer burnt taste, and the hot fudge was not very good at all. The cookie dough was pasty and fell apart. My husband is not a picky eater and only ate a few bites. I barely touched mine. Maybe our mistake was not getting the soft serve, perhaps it is better/fresher. We try a new ice cream place in the valley at least once every 2 weeks and this one just doesn't...

Stopped coming here after it became under new ownership. I was served by one of the owners, and she was honestly rude because I mentioned that the last time I had bought some bubble gum ice cream there there was only a couple pieces of gum. Instead of apologizing, she said how were they suppose to know how much gum was in the ice cream? I wasn't asking for a refund, I was just asking her to make sure there was some in the order I was currently purchasing. I also asked if they had cookie dough and she said yes, but she wasn't going to open up a new one yet and to come back tomorrow or the next day. That was my last visit and I now go out of my way to a farther store that has Thrifty ice cream.

I also see the owner replied stating that they apologized for the misunderstanding. That is a lie, it doesn't matter if it happened 2 years ago, the point is she was rude and said nothing close to an apology.
