I like having breakfast at first watch I love the food and the vibes here and when the weather is nice like yesterday I love the outdoor seating.. it's my second time at this location and it wasn't the greatest when we first arrived we were told there's a 20 minute wait so we agreed to wait they got our number and said they'll send a text when a table is ready we waited and waited for an hour so we asked and we were told that the text was send but we didn't show up!! We showed them the phone, no text and the guy was like no I know I sent the text you even asked for an outside table and I waited for you!! Then he goes ok I'll take you to your table now! The attitude was something else lol we were wondering if he's having a bad day or what! Any way our brunch turned into a lunch lol but we were enjoying the weather and conversation so we went with it. The food great as usual and the lady taking care of us was nice it took her a while before she got our order but it was probably busy idk! We didn't feel the time until they started cleaning up that we realized they're about to close so we apologized and left ( thankfully there was still people inside we were not the last ones lol)

This was my 6th or 7th visit here. Every single time they amaze me. I went on a Thursday at like 9am so I was able to sit down immediately. That was nice. Not a complaint here but if you go on the weekend and in the morning be prepared to wait 30-60 minutes. It’s always super busy and that’s a testament to how well they do. That time is not an exaggeration. It’s worth the wait. Once you get in they have enough staff to take great care of you so don’t worry. It’s not a wait from a lack of service or team members, it’s because anyone who goes there knows it’s worth coming back. I always get the Classic Benedict (sometimes I add the Billion Dollar Bacon, or whatever value they named it) and it’s one of the few places that has a chef that truly knows how to poach an egg. Never has it been over done. Well done Chef(s), well done team and well done management/owners. You are the perfect example of an outstanding restaurant and you deserve all the love and loyalty the city shows you. Don’t change, we need you to stay in business. Thank you for caring.

I ordered the shishito brisket skillet with no cheese, I had informed my server, B, of my dairy allergy and it was nice to see the skewer showing that they know I have the allergy. B was also so nice and gave great recommendations. It was my first time in as I normally order delivery and was not disappointed with the atmosphere. It was a little cold inside but it's Phoenix so it's definitely preferred. There are plenty of options for my dietary restrictions so definitely won't be leaving hungry. The skillet was so good I kind of wanted to order more even though I was full cuz it was just that delicious even without the cheese. I can't even remember the last time I ate breakfast at a restaurant and had my plate completely clean. It's also been so long since I've found a restaurant where I wanted to leave a good review because it was that good. The watermelon wake up was also really good but if you're not a pineapple person I wouldn't recommend it cuz it does linger as an aftertaste.

I have been to this location almost every weekend for a while and it’s always been a decent check in and everything but Mother’s Day was a mess. I checked in and was told it’s a 45 min wait. It turned into more than an hour. I asked how far in line, I was 10th in line. I ask maybe 15 later and was 11th!! THAT MAKES NO SENSE. The young lady said online check in goes first, so someone may have checked in online. That’s not right! I was there and checked in over an hour again. She at least was polite. We left. Before we left I noticed the white Manager, who is a little thicker set with short dark hair was extremely rude to an Asian lady about their wait time. The Asian lady’s daughter, checked in to ask how much longer and the Manager said it in a snarky tone saying “when you checked in you had 90 minute wait it’s only been 30 minutes”. I’m sorry but I understand working Mother’s Day may not be fun, but she chose this career. I’ve never seen that woman work here a day in my life and I’m a regular. I’m very polite and make sure to tip well and I go often so to see a new random Manager with a bad attitude is very unpleasant. I don’t know if she was new but she was new to me! Holidays need to taken care of better. They also normally text when the table is ready and for some reason today they were yelling out to people? It just seemed way off this time. I’ll have to shoutout some of the waiters next time I go and make sure to put their names in the reviews because this is the first bad experience there. Normally it’s great. Sometimes they take a while for the food...

I really don’t like to pull this card but as someone who is familiar and works in this industry. The service was beyond poor minus our food runner. Amazing, upbeat attitude so kudos to her. I tried to find justification for the service we were given but honestly it was poor. I understand the stress of being in the industry, but the lack of communication and attentiveness only worsens the experience of both the server, and the customer.

Upon entering the establishment, there was no host at the stand. We did see a young man with glasses bussing tables, who just looked at us and continued to buss tables. I was under the impression that he was the busser, so I had no ill thought. It wasn’t till 10 minutes later where that young man decided to seat us down. No, greeting. No, i’ll be right with you. I understand that sometimes bussing is important. However the lack of communication or “fake care” is disappointing. It only takes but a few seconds to communicate with the customer of your circumstance. I also saw another women, who saw us but promptly and quickly looked away, it turns out she was also a host as I saw her seating other people.

Our server, had a great attitude however we were waiting longer that we had thought. Whilst, I understand that this establishment can get busy. It was not overwhelmingly busy, there were no people waiting. Again, I believe it was just the lack of attentiveness. I love this place and what it has to offer. The food was amazing, the service was just...
