DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. - BOYCOTT - they soon care about us. Don’t care about them. I recently moved to the area. The first time I went to dominoes everything was top notch and I took a survey showing that. The next 3 times went down hill. The fourth time was so bad I had to contact dominoes corporate who stated the franchisee and or manager will contact me. THEY HAVENT! It’s been a few days. I ordered two medium pizzas in the Walmart parking lot, it states 12 minutes. I drive to dominoes it was 10 minutes, I check the Ap it states on the domino pizza tracker “completed”. I sat in my car for 3 more minutes and then I slowly walked in. Two employees were talking and one said what’s your name. I gave her my name and she said well done, they ain’t ready yet. They’re still in oven. I said ok, I only came in because the ap said “completed” on the tracker. The employees stopped talking. She took my pizzas out of the oven early, she ferociously sliced the pizzas making a ruckus, she was throwing utensils around the kitchen, threw the pizza pan, she grabbed the next one out early and did the same thing. Slicing the pizza like crazy. (We’ll get to that later) she threw some more stuff. Took the pizza and handed them to me. I said thank you very much. She didn’t look at me. She didn’t say a word. I did nothing wrong. I’m not the one that made the ap say there were complete. So if she does that on her side. Why she angry at me? I wasn’t mean. Nothing but pleasant. But what I received was absolutely disgusting from this dominoes and they should not be dealing with the public. I get home and my pizzas were double and triple sliced. Some were deep some weren’t. You grab a piece and it tears into another piece and tears at an angle. She did this to be spiteful. The fact the store or the owner doesn’t care either tells you all you need to know. DO NOT GO TO...
Read moreI was appalled by the poor service I received today. I typically never have a problem here, but this time I ordered an hour before my pick up time of 6:45pm. I arrived at 6:55 and it still was not ready. I was greeted by the most arrogant and condescending young man who told me my order was not ready. I gave it 5 more minutes walked back in and asked politely how much longer. I was told a bug landed in my pasta so it would take about 5 more minutes. I exited and reentered to inquire if the rest of my food would now be cold. I was told the wings just came up and everything felt warm. So my response was... if the wings just came up then my order was not ready on time. I was told "sorry we get busy. Things like that happen." I told the young lady dont give excuses then... just apologize. I was then met by condescending remarks from her and the guy that greeted me. I requested both of their names and they refused to provide them. The guy stated "I am not even working right now so I am not giving it to you." Mind you he was behind the counter and checked 2 people out while I waited. The girl told me "I am not required to give you my name." I assume it is Jamie since the dominos app tracker told me she's the one who was preparing my order.
What kind of customer service is this?! You give excuses as to why my order is not ready... I understand things get busy... just say that. Save the fly in the food lies if my wings were just now prepped and the pasta isnt ready. Then for the gentlemen to sarcastically laugh in my face and say "have a good day." Are you serious? First Dominos is in the media for employees cussing people out... you would think they would talk to their employees and ensure they are learning from their mistakes. Instead they treated me poorly in store. So indignant! I finally got my food at 7:05 and yes the 2 pizzas were cold...
Read moreThis location has zero customer service or moral decency in dealing with their customers. Today I placed an order online, ordering lunch for myself and my two kids. When the driver got to my house with the delivery I informed her I had misplaced my wallet and accidentally left it in my fiance's vehicle and she was unfortunately an hour away from returning home due to a doctor's appointment. I asked if I could pay with my teenage daughter's cash app card instead of with cash as I had previously anticipated. The driver said no and then called the manager who seemed to be frustrated with me the second I answered the phone and told me the card wasn't approving the transaction after giving her the numbers twice when I had just looked at my daughter's cash app and saw there was just under $50 on the card.. I asked her if I could provide her driver with a copy of my ID and promised to come in and pay for the food immediately. When my fiance gets home and she refused. So instead of making accommodations for a several year customer, she had the driver take the food back only to throw it away once she got back to the store. Leaving my teenage daughter and adolescent son without the lunch they were looking forward to and me beyond embarrassed over the unfortunate circumstances. Clearly, this domino's location has no sense of decency or customer service and understanding. I will not spend another dime here again and if you have a family you might not want to either, they don't...
