I ordered pizza for my grandkids I been ordering from the store for over 10 yrs when Heather was the manager if I had any issues she alway corrected it & that was only a couple times over the years , so this time I ordered online like I always do and I ordered my same pizzas only difference this time my granddaughter wanted a side of Ranch so I ordered a side of Ranch or so i thought when the pizzas where delivered they was so dry you couldn’t eat it and my grandkids where very hungry so I called talk to a man who said he was the manager said he didn’t know a Heather so I explained the situation he said I ordered Ranch as a sauce on the crust instead of the traditional tomato sauce I was like who does that and he should have called me to ask so I told him if he could please redo our pizzas he said only if I pay again I was so upset I have hungry kids I have no more money to spend on another order and if he could please comp the order he said there’s nothing he can do I told him this is unacceptable I will be filing a complaint with corporate and posting a review, he just didn’t care .
I ordered carryout pizzas for fathers day and when I picked up the store was closed I called corporate to complain and received a call from the store manager Heather who apologized and provided me with a credit to use anytime. Today I ordered delivery and I thought I ordered pepperoni but I received cheese so I called talk to Heather not knowing I made the error she still provided me with a free pizza ,which was awesome . Read moreCurrently this location is very understaffed. They are seeking drivers, customer service reps and assistant managers. As of 6/24/22 they will be under restricted hours only being open from 12pm -10pm. With the call centers many of our customers are also receiving inaccurate times as they aren't aware of the staffing in the store when quoting our customers times for delivery and carryout. Please bear with us as we still try to service our customers needs with limited staffing. We still want to ensure that are getting the best quality food from us so times may exceed what is being quoted through the call centers and the online ordering tracker. We do apologize in advance and will continue to strive to bring you the best quality and customer service. Also a little explanation on why your trackers are always "stuck" in the prep stage. To ensure we are getting hotter fresher food the wait time has been moved to the uncooked side of the oven. What this does is ensure when a driver is available to take your order they are taking it right out of the oven and out the door to you! Dominos was my favorite place to get pizza but after my last experience at this location I'm never wasting my money at any Dominos again. It wasn't just that my order contained chicken, when I didn't order it and I'm a vegetarian. It wasn't just that I had to drive 15 minutes both ways wasting 30 minutes of gas to go home hungry It was the fact that the same manager who messed up my order (according to their order tracker) snapped at me and was nasty to me on the phone before telling me "Have a nice day, bye" and hanging up. Then I had to drive all the way back not knowing if I could even be refunded for the food I couldn't eat. Then after I came back the same manager then accused me of being a liar and said I had hung up on him (because phones just cut off randomly and hang up after an angry party says goodbye right?) He was so rude I literally could have cried. Luckily I did get my money back, but I work in customer service and can't imagine treating a customer so badly even on my worst days, especially after I messed something up.
