Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

This Domino's is positively fire. They pretty much never screw up and the food is always fresh and arrives hot with at least the extra size tour if not more such as you know sauces ranch icing what not and if there ever is a rare occasion where I do need to complain it is never a problem. The manager is so professional unlike some places where the employee acts like it's personally coming out of their paycheck to remake a pizza that was made horribly to begin with. No these people go above and beyond to make sure that if they didn't make it correctly the first time trust and believe it's made better than you ever imagined the second time and they do not make you feel badly about asking for your food that you paid for correctly. They totally understand that and never make you feel like you're a burden to them. Whoever trained the staff did an amazing job because all of these employees are so polite and courteous and always go above and beyond with the making of the food as it always turns out exceptionally well and better than any other Domino's I've ever used. I highly recommend them to you and if you do have an issue which is so rare with them but in the rare chance that you do please do not be afraid to let them know because they will fix it for you within no problem And they would never make you feel...

I order two pizzas from this location through the app for delivery, I was tracking my order as it was visible on the app, I got a notification from the app saying my order was delivered, I when out to look for my order and nothing was at my doorstep. I call the store to see what the issue was, the shift manager said my order was still on route( I literally live 4 mins from the store ) I told her the app marked the order as delivered, she continued by saying the order will be arriving in another 20 mins. I waited the 20mins, when I got my order it was cold and the pizza was smashed like if the pizza was throwing into the box. I call the store to speak to a manager when I try explaining to her that the order was marked delivered 15 minutes ago and I waited another 20 minutes. She continue by saying that the order was on time, which it was a lie!! I also told her that the Pizza was all Smoosh like if somebody just throw it in the box. She didn’t care,and she continued to be rude and hang up the phone on me. If she’s so miserable working for Domino’s, maybe she should look for another job. That lady has no peoples skills nor customer service. I called back the store and she refused to give me her name and corporate...

I guess they forgot to use cheese while making my pizza last night Chris. You suck dude. We order our pizza online to prevent a wait. While getting my change, I opened my lid and immediately asked if there was a short on cheese and asked if he'd pay for a Pizza if he was presented with one like this. He didn't want to answer until I said it to him about 5 times and I'm no little man by far. His only solution was to put another one in for me. No bonehead you should have never boxed this one when you seen it come out like that. I order alot from this one Dominoes and known by daytime employees when my wife's order comes through, I never have a problem, but I guess these 2 boneheads working lastnight are prime examples of why fast-food workers have no justification asking for a $15 minimum wage. The app asked how Chris made our pizza and my wife let them know what she thought and again publicly, Chris you suck, clearly making a simple pepperoni pizza shows you made a poor career choice.
