ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!!! unless you want your time and money wasted. i perfect for delivery online and it was “in quality check” for a whole hour, i tried calling 3 times but they just let it ring apparently. i started reading the review after that and all of them were saying the SAME THING. “bad customer service, don’t go here, they never answer the phone” i went down to the actual store and no one was in the front no pizzas were being made it was completely silent i had to say “hello!?” multiple times before someone came up to help me. and even when they came up the stopped and talked to a delivery driver who had just walked in first. then they weren’t friendly or apologetic about anything. i didn’t go in yelling i just explained that my order status hadn’t changed for an hour. the worker just asked for my address then had all of my food sitting on a shelf along with multiple boxes of food. he put it on the counter and told me to check it. thankfully it was still warm. so i took it. and he told me that at this time they’re really busy and he only had two delivery drivers. it was also 12am and NOTHING was being done. working in food service? i know how it feels to have an angry customer but it’s like this store TRIES to piss of they’re customers DO NOT...
Read moreI placed an order tonight at 8:03 and it said it would be delivered in 49-59 min. The pizza tracker said my order was pulled out of the oven at 8:20. At 9:10 I called to cancel my order, because at that point my pizza was probably cold and it hadn’t even been picked up for delivery yet. Plus it becomes a food safety issue at a certain point having dairy out for that long. At 9:13 it said the delivery guy picked it up. At 9:30 I put a note on my door for the delivery guy letting him know I was refusing my order, and I drove to the store myself. At 9:45 I arrived, still waiting for someone to pickup the phone, and got a refund. The girl who gave me the refund was very sweet, and said the phone was busy because they were backed up and had been calling customers to let them know of the delay, but I never got a call or any communication. If they had called at 8:20 when my order was pulled out of the oven and said, “Hey, we’re so sorry, we are backed up on deliveries tonight. If you’re ok waiting, it should be delivered in x amount of time, or if you would rather come to the store to pick it up, we can give you a coupon/code for 10% off your next order,” I would have been satisfied. Tonight we ordered our usual meal, it took nearly an hour to arrive, but I figured they were just busy, no big deal. Unfortunately, the incorrect order was brought to us. I attempted to use the app to report the problem, but there is zero option to have the correct items sent to you or for a refund. I could have gotten 1 free pizza. Well I ordered two and two sides, so that's hardly comparable. Also, does not solve the problem that now my family has no dinner. So I called the number on the receipt, and of course was immediately on hold. After five minutes, a lady picked up and very quickly said, please continue to hold, we are extremely busy. She immediately put me back on hold, I couldn't even say one word. But okay, it's Friday night, sure, they're busy and they will get back to me. I continued to hold for over 30 minutes.
