Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Today is March 16, 2021 have been going to this dominos for a while now never had a problem before until today. We ordered 2 pizzas, wings and a salad. Are order got here really quick which was nice they dropped off the food at the door rang the bell and as soon as I open the door the drivers in his saying enjoy have a nice day seemed nice and friendly, good service up to this point got the food inside and noticed we didn’t have a salad thought maybe I forgot to add to cart went to go check and no I payed for a salad so tried to call dominos to see if I can catch the driver a see if he still has are salad in the car but got no answer it just kept ringing so then my wife tried calling them twice and same thing just kept ringing so she decided to just go there and get it and I guess a lady upfront was very rude and snotty with her. My wife didn’t go there to cause problems she just wanted are salad well the manager ended up coming out to see what the problem was and new about the order being messed up, and revealed that there phones are down so the manager ended up getting a plastic bag for the ranch and fork and salad and the lady didn’t want my wife to have the bag just wanted her to take the salad my wife said no I want a bag and against the lady gave her attitude about it. This whole thing could have been avoided all you had to do was say sorry give us the salad and it would have been good enough a little common courtesy goes along way. We have spent a fair amount of money here and to think you would throw it away for a 5.99 salad and plastic bag that we payed for and didn’t get is pretty dumb will not be buying food...

Wow. Just wow. Came in to the store, he asked me to take my order than began a conversation with his coworkers. I literally stood there like "are you joking...". When he's finally ready, during the order he pompously says - you're not getting sauce on your wings? Really?... after arguing about the order and how I want MY food, god forbid - he tells me the total & I asked him to repeat the order to ensure accuracy. He sighs, reads it back and after being charged extra for marinara, he goes well I put hot sauce for the chicken too - I'm like I specifically said I would not like sauce. But if I HAVE to do something I'll try the BBQ. . . Then, there's nothing covering the chip part of the credit card terminal so I placed my credit card in & he sighs again annoyed because he had to start it over & says "well now we have to start over" like it was my fault. VERY poor customer service, I get they are making minimum wage but common courtesy went...

So we ordered 2 large pizzas and Cheese bread for $27 and change. We ordered carry out instead of delivery because We understand that drivers can't carry alot of money for there own safety. However to correct this we went to the store on 35th Ave and Pinnacle peak. The young lady there very rudely said that she will not break a $100 bill or a $50 bill. I understand it was 11pm but if you don't allow your driver's to break $100 bills why can't the store break a $100. I basically wasted my time to go get told "no" on something I already ordered is asinine and ridiculous, wasting time and gas. I was even going to tip them like always to make it an even $40 because I understand what it's like to work fast food. That means the Change would have simply been 3 $20 dollar bills. Again that was completely unnecessary and horrible for...
