It’s not the first time I have an issue here so I will definitely write a review now. This morning I ordered ahead Medium Iced Latte with caramel syrup and soft top. When I walked up front my drink was not ready so I asked the young tall guy if he had made this drink yet and showed him my phone. He said “there is no caramel” like if it was my fault not so nice way to talk to a customer and looked away and me just standing there. I asked him to make it with vanilla syrup instead, he didn’t say anything or look at me and just made it like in a bad mood. I saw my drink and the soft top was missing. I said “I asked with soft top”, which he should know in the first place they should be paying attention to the order and add ons. He then said “there is no soft top” and just kept going away making drinks. Like he expected for me to just say okay and leave? I said okay well I paid extra how does that work then. He said “unless you want 60 cents back!”. Like if I was wrong for wanting it? I said well yes if I am not getting what I paid for yes give me my 60 cents back! He kept making drink like nothing like ignoring or making me purposely wait for his sweet time. I told him “When are you giving me my 60 cents back, I work too and I have to leave I don’t have time to wait till you decide when to give them to me”. He walked to the cashier and as he was approaching me the other guy asked what I wanted and the rude guy said “just 60 cents back”! Like trying to make me feel ashamed for 60 cents? I don't care!! I paid for it so I get what I pay if not refund me simple as that.! I definitely believe they should pay attention to the orders and let us know in a nice way of they are out of something and not just expect for us to know. And if a syrup is out of stock put it in the app!! We would avoid these problems! I had a previous experience were the other guy not sure if he is a manager didn’t want to remake my three iced caramel machiattos, because they were made wrong before and I guess they threw away my name on the sticky note. I did not argue on that I just paid for new drinks but it’s ridiculous the attitude the guys have there. If you are not happy there why work like that. Us as customers are also on our way to work early in the morning we do not have to be dealing with nasty attitudes. I am a very nice person but I will not let anyone treat me like crap! Please you need to train these people or fire them for bad customer service and I do not want...
Read moreThis location has consistently failed to show they have the ability accurately make orders. Every time we order a caramel craze latte, either on the app or through the drive thru, we have to request the add whipped creek, even though it is the default option on the app and is literally pictured that way in the advertisement.
Today’s issue had to do with two breakfast sandwiches. I ordered two sandwiches on the app to be picked up through the drive thru. One sandwich I replaced the bacon with sausage and the other I replaced the egg with egg white and the bacon with turkey sausage. After waiting for 10 minutes in the drive thru just to let them know I was there to pick up an online order, I was disappointed to find when I arrived home that both sandwiches were made with bacon instead of the sausage substitutes I had indicated in the app. I returned to the location after this discovery only to wait inside again for several minutes to be acknowledged, which never happened until I finally asked the person for help since I had been standing there without them noticing apparently. I let them know the sandwiches were made incorrectly and requested they be remade, which the did. I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything free but the least they could have done is apologize for the inconvenience, which it definitely was. So an hour after I originally placed the order, I was finally arriving back home so we could have breakfast.
I would like to say that the issues could be resolved if they just slowed down a little and paid more attention to the ticket, but they are not an efficient location. It takes forever no matter what the line looks like. This can only lead to the assumption that management and staff just do not care or lack the skills to effectively and efficiently operate...
Read moreGo early. For everything. After 1pm donut pickings are slim. We visited on Sunday after 1pm. We wanted a dozen donuts and some munchkins. I was told in the drive through when I asked if they had glazed, chocolate creme, vanilla creme and chocolate covered. He said "we don't have many donuts". WHAT!? Ok. I then said ok, a dozen of whatever. He repeated about no donuts. I asked about munchkins and was told "I'm sorry." So I had to wait for the line to get to me and I drove past the window and drove straight home. On Tuesday morning after 7am it was a different store! Although the same location! Happy staff lots of fresh donuts and coffee so we left the drive through happy! Today, Thursday after 1pm we went inside this time. The female didn't say hi nor the male but they both looked at us. She was fine getting the donuts we wanted and the munchkins. Gave us iced coffee instead of hot like I wanted. She refunded the iced and gave us the hot coffee which was nice. But the whole interaction wasn't more than cordial and the donuts were slim pickings. I got the ones I wanted though and they tasted great! Just like the coffee! I've definitely had worse customer service. Again, it wasn't bad. It just wasn't special. If you go to the Dunkin on 67th and the I-10 go in the early morning for courtesy and the donuts you want. You'll get both. If you go after 1pm it's at your own risk. As always the donuts were wonderful and...
