Update... the people there have been very friendly. However, I hate having a However, a few times it's glaringly obvious that what is ordered isn't being paid attention to. Example, a glazed donut is def not the glazed Blueberry one I ordered. I know, 99% sure, when my drink order isn't really read. It's not complicated at all, I don't like a million little things on a drink. Anyway, when it's read right and made right, holy hell it's the best thing! Not over sweet, not over creamy and just enough bitterness from the extra shot. But when it's not looked at, ugh it's like drinking sweetened cream. So gross. The color is even totally different. Just please, money is spent, hopes are high for a great cup of coffee just read and follow the order. I even do it over the app so there's no misunderstanding.

First going through the drive through, the girl was rude. Girl at the window had no idea what I ordered, I had to tell her a few times. That was after she handed me my drink only and said have a nice day like that was all I had. She kept looking very lost and confused. I'm very sure it wasn't hey first day since I've seen her multiple times over weeks. The receipt is right there, double check please. Just lucky another employee helped her out to finish it. I got some random bagel and cream cheese that I did not order( not like an extra item but instead of what I ordered) plus I had ordered POWDERED donuts. Regular normal powdered... what do u get? That nasty berry powdered doubt. Of you don't have regular, don't have it as an option. It's hit and miss with this location. And it would be nice to have been able to call the store to let them know but they never answer, ever. I'm a belive that if you're aware of mistakes or issues, then you can fix them, but not when you can't get...

I have come to this Dunkin Donut drive thru on a consistent basis in the past several weeks. Today Thursday September 7, 2017 at about 9:45-9:50am I drive home to eat in the park as I do before I take my morning walk. I called Dunkin Donuts for over six minutes before someone picked up. I express my veggie egg white on a flatbread was unsatisfying. I tell the "store manager" my issue with the sand which which I spit out and taken a picture of. I also did not receive a receipt which I told the "store manager". This person who claimed to be the "store manager" said I can give you a sandwich as long as you bring in the sandwich. I say fine I have it but I want my money back and the person says "I can't give a refund without a receipt" But yet I paid with my debit card and did not receive a receipt. The store manager who hung up on me answered as I immediately called back stating the "call dropped" this woman who proceeded to claim manager position threatened me to not be welcomed back into the store all because her employee at the drive thru window with the tattoos did not provide a receipt with my order. The morning manager on site today at this store is rude and unprofessional and I challenge them to play back the audio. I will be taking further actions for the rudeness and lack of customer support and a friendly attitude toward a faithful reoccurring paying customer. Be careful in how they may treat you or could be selective spite. Will gladly not spend my money again ever at another Dunkin Donuts if this is their representation for their company....

Terrible location. Three visits, three disrespectful and disappointing experiences and their phone number is wrong so you can't even call to complain, or seek corrective action without physically returning to the location.

Ordered dozen donuts, received 10 as two were out of stock, price unchanged, no offer to replace with other options. This is not accidental, it's ethically wrong and well, let's just say it's dubious in other ways too based on charging for products not received.

A bagel with cream cheese where the bagel was so hard it had to be at least three days old. Inedible.

Tomato basil was burnt on one side, untoasted on the other ... For all I know as it was first time order, this is correct, but I am relatively convinced not.

Hash browns x4 ... I don't mind a little crispy burn to the hash browns, but all 4 servings were charcoal black with only a sliver of surviving potato found in the middle.

The iced coffee was okay, but there is real consistency issues here. Liquid candy or a barely flavoured coffee drink... We have received both during our three visits based on identical online orders.

Do not support this location, and if this is acceptable to Dunkin donuts, there are alternatives there too. This review is based on quality alone. Let alone the ... Let's politely say "lackluster" experiences with employees and management there.
