Okay, sooo I would like to start by saying that this peter piper in Laveen was a spot that our children loved! Yesterday during the lunch buffet,my family and I experienced one of the most humiliating, embarrassing unwelcoming times that I have ever encountered! We were accused of not paying for our meals! Mind you I had paid for two adults, two children, two drinks & $20 in tokens(100)! Well over $50 bucks spent! I had pulled my ristband off because it was to tight ,but also still had it in my possession insight on the table! 30 minutes into enjoying ourselves a make manager had approached our table and ask for our receipt! I no longer had it,I had tossed it in the trash already,At that point we were asked to leave! I was like really? So do you think we stole the coins and drinks along with the ristbands that you can only receive from the cashier after paying!! He kept saying “well I really hope so” I hope you really paid! Melissa is the one that took my order and she didn’t even remember ringing me up! I felt like I had to prove that I did pay and proceeded to pull up my bank statement on my phone and I than proved to the manager that I in fact paid! NEVER ONCE did that manager (guy) apologize for making false asummptions, but in fact wanted me to understand his reasoning for making these accusations! Not only was my time ruined, but also my children! Mind you my children were present while this was all going on,They didn’t even get to spend their tokens! I never encountered a problem like this before,I think the manager should’ve pull me the (paying)customer aside and have an adult conversation, without my kids sitting at the table! It's embarrassing having all the other families looking at you like you’re thieving! Moral of the story never assume or accuse a customer of not paying! I will not be returning to this location. I was also denied a refund! My daughter didn’t even eat, this all happened so fast! I come here at least once a week! Usually Thursdays or Fridays for family fun night! I also spend more than $80 on those night! This is supposed to be a family oriented place to spend quality time and the kids let loose and have a good time! Place like these are such a huge corporation that customer service is often neglected! They worry more about food cost and labour. I hope they handle other customers complaints differently going forward! Remember guys it’s people like myself that keep you guys in business and you managers employed!

‼️UPDATE‼️ Has everyone ever heard back from the district manager or the “hotline” email address they send you? I have sent emails left messages and hadn’t heard a word. Months later this still bothers me and...

I clicked on "1" star because there is not an option for "0" star which is what I would like to pick for this restaurant. I booked a party for 01/13/18 @4pm. I show up to my event @345pm to find out that Peter Piper had cancelled my reservation without giving me a notice. I found it quite disturbing due to the fact that on 01/11/18 @530pm I received a call from the restaurant to confirm my reservation. I must confess that I found it interesting to have received a phone call because I did not receive one for my previous event, but regardless I said "yes" to confirm my event and had a delightful conversation with the young man that had called. Moving on, my experience was the worst! My guest were standing waiting for a table, not knowing where to sit my guest or how to entertain them we ended up sitting ourselves on the non party side. I could not wait any longer on a table due to the embarrassment of just standing around that this situation was causing. The party host for the evening was quite pleasant, unfortunately I can not say the same about Adriana, the manger on for that shift. She never came out to see how everything was going, never took the time to see if her customers were somewhat happy with turn of events. She "gave" us 10 tokens in an effort to make us happy. 10 tokens? Really? That was just a slap in the face, seemed like an insult to me to be honest. I could go on and share more details of this awful experianxe, but I will end this...

Horrible customer service! Manager Matt was the worst! Ordered pizzas at 6:30pm online for 7:15pm pick-up. When I arrived I was told my pizzas were not ready by the employee working the carry-out side and that it would be 10 minutes. After waiting way longer than 10 minutes I then asked if my order was ready and the girl told me she still didn't have them. I ask for the manager and he came over and said that it was busy and that he thinks my pizzas had been given to someone else or lost by mistake. He was not very sorry about the situation and really didn't seem to care. He told me it would be about 10 more minutes. I explain to him it was my daughter's Birthday and I had kids at my home waiting to eat and I needed them asap. He then went and boxed up somebody elses pizzas and tried to give them to me without any apologies. I then asked him for his name and if he would write it down. He then refused to write it down and give me his last name. By that time it was about 8pm and since he really wasn't apologetic I asked for a refund, and ended up getting the food from a competitor across the street. Matt is a horrible mananger and should not be in his position with such horrible...

Today was a bitter sweet experience, I had to finally put a complaint there’s an older man working the game room area. I asked the general store manager for his name she said it was Alex T. I don’t appreciate the way he follows you around and the way he stares at women and kids, not only did I come 3 times already and have personally seen him yelling at kids. One thing if you see a kid without there parents as a manager you can look for their parents and let them know what the child has done. Secondly you are not a cop to think you have the authority to yell at children the way I witness he did. He honestly has a staring problem and it’s very inappropriate. Someone needs to make sure he stops hovering over women and kids, I sure don’t see him following men just women and kids. The only good review I have for this visit we had, was that a young gentlemen with the name of Alex (his tag said training professional) was very helpful when I ask if they could refill the salad and also I requested a pizza with certain toppings and he provided excellent customer service.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Lindsay, so we can address this issue. Was offered a replacement pizza for free. Great customer service from her. Unfortunately, the pizza came out undercooked again... thank you for trying, I appreciate the effort. PLEASE. Make sure the cooks take their time cooking the pizza... Not my first time eating here and getting undercooked pizza dough :/ I used to love Peter Piper Pizza. Unfortunately, it's gone downhill. I always order the Pepperoni Pan pizza since I prefer a thicker crust. It totally defeats the purpose however, if the pizza is going to be undercooked, gummy & not edible. I picked up a pizza yesterday, & unfortunately it happened again. Undercooked. I would not recommend this location if you prefer thicker crust pizza.

The last three times I have brought my family and multiple kids, it’s great. But, every time I ask for help for the prizes nobody’s at the prize window. I politely ask for help. The response is what’s up? I asked for help at the prize station it’s been 20 minutes this time nobody’s come the response is longer. I have three cards from the previous kids. The intent is not really to give prizes to the kids and service the families after the sale. Be alert to your ability that the kids cannot claim their prizes. I am going to share this information with our friends and family. We’re 200 locally.
