Horrible service is an understatement. My Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant was cold, burnt, cheese not melted at all and above all that it had a hair on it. The girl at the window gave me a hard time about it. She didnāt offer to make me a new one. We gave back our entire order and asked for a refund. She said a variety of inappropriate slurs. We gave her the card to be reimbursed. She then took the card to a back room for about 5-10 minutes. Then when she came back she gave us a refund for 4 or 5 dollars with no recipt or card . The food we bought in total (and gave back) was around 36 dollars. She did not even give us the card back. We waited by the drive through window for over 10 minutes. We had to pull around and go inside and ask for our full refund and for our card back. The āshift leaderā threatens to call the police. I told her if she does not give us back the credit card that I would call the police. I got the managers number and called her. She the apologized repeatedly to me. She also told me that girl was not a shift leader or a manager like she told me. She said that she had no idea why the employee would say that. That girl should have been fired. The cashier was training a new employee. However, the line was to the door and customers weāre being ignored. The Manager, Andrea seen the line and the young lady struggling, did not offer any help. I asked the young lady how much longer, she kindly went and asked and tells me āthey havenāt made it yetā WTF?! One ladyās order was placed on the counter for 15 minutes and not 1 single employee announced it was ready! The Manager said she would have them make it now and at this point I just wanted a refund but the line was extremely long , the customers were not happy. I am lactose intolerant so I asked for oat milk in my frozen coffee, they immediately said they canāt do this even though every location Iāve ever been to they have. They claimed it was due to allergy reasons. I have a friend who was a manager at dunkin who instantly said that means they just donāt want to clean their machines. Upon tasting the drink I instantly knew this was NOT the drink I ordered but simply a frozen coffee with milk and sugar. No hazelnut swirls or anything in my usual even the way the drink looked was not the way my drink is usually. The longer I drank the drink it became extremely bitter and disgusting which to me screams that they donāt rinse their machines after every use.
