My husband and I go to Dunkin Donuts frequently, however we typically go to the location near our home or located near his work. This particular location is on the way to my work so we decided to stop by to order our usual; iced coffee with almond milk instead of cream, a maple shot, and no added sugar. We have dietary restrictions and cannot have dairy, so it is very important that the person taking the order and fulfilling the order does not mistakenly put cream or milk in stead of almond milk. It has happened before and when we noticed, the staff has always been quick to apologize and remake the drinks. We've never had any issues with customer service until THIS LOCATION. Today the girl taking our order seemed confused by the almond milk request. We had to specify that the almond milk was to replace the cream NOT in addition to the cream. We waited an abnormal amount of time for our two drinks and once received, we both noticed they appeared much milkier than we normally get them. We walked out into the parking lot, took a sip, and felt that cream was added to the drinks. So we went back in, requested a manager, and told her that we could not have dairy and we believed dairy was added to our drinks because of the color. The manager was nice, apologized, and had them remake the drinks. The girl, named "White Tear", put our drinks down very aggressively and annoyed. She then mouthed off to my husband saying "this is how ALL the drinks look!" My husband, shocked by her attitude, told her it was not necessary for her to say that. She continued to mouth off to the point her manager turned around and told her to go. The manager apologized again and said she would handle her employee. The girl continued to mouth off, roll her eyes even at her manager, throw her hand ups, and frankly - act like a little 3 year old throwing a temper tantrum. The entire experience was uncalled for. As people with dietary restrictions, we have to advocate for what we put in our bodies, so we don't have an allergic reaction or become sick. As paying customers, we have the right to voice our concerns about our order being made correctly, again, to avoid an allergic reaction or becoming sick. This girl, whether she felt we were wrong or not, could have simply put the drinks down and walked away. She is obviously too immature and childish to handle working with the public or fast food. We will never be back to this...
Read moreI love going to this Dunkin every week for either a quick bite or coffee. Last time I went I got the new $6 deal meal. I always use the app to order then pick up about 5-15 minutes later. My most recent experience has brought me here because it is the reason I will no longer visit this location. They had made a mistake on my order, which by time I picked up, left, noticed, and returned it was quite some time. When I went in to ask for it to be remade I was hit with unnecessary attitude and energy. Assuming the older lady continuously yelling at her employees was the manager on shift, quick held the sandwich up yelling âwell of course itâs cold itâs been 45 minutes!â When in reality I donât teleport to and from⌠most importantly it wasnât the temp it was the ingredient you all made a mistake on for the sandwich. Anywho, as I waited I listened to the way the other employees were talked to and once being in customer service I understand busy times lead to stressful reactions. Yet, being much younger than who appeared to be the manager, you would think they had it together by now. It was remade, I said thanks, but the fact that my day could have been ruined by someone elseâs nasty attitude (imagining I was having a sad/bad day like some people who go in there off the street or homeless do) is the reason I can kiss this location goodbye. I will also be turning in my recording to cooperate if possible. The holiday times especially no one should have to deal with rude and obnoxious people when life is already hard out here. Food is correct but lost my appetite for...
Read moreManager and one male staff member was extremely rude to a customer prior to myself. Refused to assist customer with refund or exchange of bad product.
I personally was a bit put off by the young lady that was interupting myself and the manager while the manager was clarifying my coffee order with me, as I had a few questions, and I needed my coffee to have a certain amount of cream. I also requested a bit of ice on the side, or just a bit of ice in the cup so I did not scald myself on the coffee.
I was also ordering a dozen doughnuts mixed, but I wanted to choose from what they had available. The young lady took it upon herself to begin almost filling the order with whatever she wanted. I asked her to stop please because I have no idea what you are putting in the box, I requested that I would pick them out. I also, continued on to let her know that all of the powder ones that had filling I did not know if they were the same or different. She gave me a very negative attitude because I requested that she tell me what the fillings were. Ummm I thought I was the customer and it was perfectly acceptable to pick out your doughnuts. I'm not certain if things might have changed, but for 52 years that was always the acceptable practice.
Horrible customer service, worse shop I have ever been to with regards to DD..
May try one more time, but if same results for my experience, I will be done. I will of course report my experience to the corporate location if it is equally as bad, or worse then my initial...
