My parents just moved to Cave Creek and this quickly became one of their favorite spots to dine. Everytime my daughter and I come to visit we have to make a stop here for dinner. It’s a family owned business and the owners work so hard to make your food, drinks, and experience relaxing and so enjoyable.
The food portions are very large and have high quality ingredients. You can tell the vegetables are fresh and crispy and the meat is tender and juicy. The sauces and seasonings are amazing and can be tailored to your desired level of spice.
We’ve tried the orange chicken, sesame chicken, general tsaos chicken, Szechuan chicken, beef and broccoli, the chicken lo mein, fried rice, the veggie rolls, and the egg rolls. I may have forgotten a few items, but I can say with 100% certainty that we’ve loved everything that we’ve tried.
In addition to the amazing food, you have to try the martinis because they are to die for. Our favorites are the green tea martini and the ginger martini. We’d love to try some of the others but we just can’t get ourselves to miss out on the green tea and ginger margaritas!
The service we’ve experienced here is exceptional and we truly enjoy coming here to eat the amazing food, drink the margaritas, and converse with the wonderful people who own this place. The owner takes extra time to make us feel special when we come in and both owners make our drinks extra special for us, just how we like them. If you want to dine on some great Asian cuisine and want to help support your local small business owners, stop in here and you won’t be disappointed.
I apologize for my poor quality photos. I should’ve taken the pictures when our food first came out and looked so beautiful on the plates. We had already begun eating and making a mess when I decided to take pictures. So it’s a...
Read moreOur first visit - went for 6 pm Saturday dinner for two. Chose this place because of the 4.5 stars. There were a few red flags almost immediately. A customer waiting for takeout was complaining about waiting for over an hour. Heard a waitress apologizing to several different tables. The evening was cool and so was the restaurant temperature. Also was not the cleanest place. There appeared to be quite a bit of disorganization. We ordered the lettuce wrap app to start with. A little slow to get them to us and were lost trying to find out who it belonged to. The lettuce was very fresh. Overall, that was the best part of our meal (4.0 stars). We then split a plate of General's chicken and white rice. We waited and waited. It became clear they forgot to put our order in. I could also see other tables talking about things being missed. Again, continued to hear the same waitress apologizing several times. Also saw one customer almost walk into kitchen because he was told it would be 5 minutes more and it went past that! General's chicken is an easy dish. BUT it tasted like orange chicken?? The outside breading was not as crispy as it should have been. I would rate that part of the dinner as 3.0 stars. The diet Coke was flat and simply tasted "different" - definitely not your McDonalds diet Coke. Overall, probably won't go back. I also found the service very disorganized and not overly friendly except the poor girl that was apologizing to everyone. When we got the bill, it was the wrong bill - belonged to...
Read moreLook this is the second time that I have tried this restaurant, something that you need to know when you order online. I did not catch this but I caught it when I placed the second order after I paid. I have to say Dynasty Chinese & Asian Cuisine is a dishonest restaurant. Very important, when you place an order online you will be charged a convince fee which is $1.00 then you automatically have to pay a tip? the tip that I paid was $6.75! this is shocking and dishonest. I am paying a convince fee for ordering online and picking up my order, second I paying a tip for someone to pack my order! that is a joke, I would not be upset, but once again this was not disclosed. AVOID this place at all costs!, but maybe you don't care and like to pay undisclosed charges! You probably think that I am cheap, I am not at all cheap I pay generous tips when it is deserved and when I pick up a take order I do not pay tips! The reality is that Dynasty Chinese & Asian Cuisine has management which uses bad business practices, designed to rip you off! It get's better, when I arrived home and plated my order, my order was wrong! instead of the Kung Pow, I was given Orange chicken. Chicken way overcooked and the Garlic noodles were mushy and flavorless. AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID...
