My boyfriend and I work long hours which means take out is often our best dinner option. We’ve chosen this spot a several times, mainly because it’s on our route home from work. Food is acceptable, however take out portions seem small for price. Service has been lacking more times than not, especially my last interaction over the phone with Bryce. I’ve had the week from hell and feel awful already trying to get over a cold. Thanks for making ordering my takeout tonight more difficult and stressful than it needed to be. I’ve already boycotted several spots in the area due to lack of good service, and it seems like this spot may be the next. Ugh
Update: The response from the owner was very expected. They respond to several low star reviews invalidating and gas lighting those who have had a sub par experience.
First of all, I’ve ordered several times as I mentioned, and each time your portions are roughly about half of other Thai restaurants for the same price.
Also, no matter my mood or how I’m feeling, I treat everyone with courtesy and respect and expect that in return from an establishment where I’m choosing to spend my hard earned money.
My review was made in lieu of me taking time out my already overly busy schedule to return to your restaurant or call and take the chance of a confrontation with an obviously emotionally overwhelmed “customer service representative”.
You had an opportunity when responding to my review to prove that you sincerely want to improve and make things right in order to earn back a customer. Your response failed to do so and I will not...

But this dish was honestly so dry and so bland. I was so disappointed, The little bit of flavor that the noodles did have was sweet, which I'm not a fan of for this dish (I know, I know, I'm in the wrong country if I don't like sweet). They were so dry they were clumped together in one big noodle brick and I had to manually break them apart. It wasn't even a case of the sauce settling to the bottom so that it could be mixed back up to rehydrate the noodles. It just... Wasn't there.
I had to whip up my own sauce to add to the dish to be able to eat it, which completely defeats the purpose of takeout (New fun flavors! No manual labor!). I was so excited to try this place, but unfortunately, will not be back.
The guy at the counter was courteous and attentive, but he also sent me out the door without any utensils or napkins. Dude.... it's a good thing I was going straight home.
I'm sorry guys, I'm not trying to be mean.
At this point, I'm more leaving this review for myself so I don't forget about it & accidentally come back. After a long day at work & looking forward to a little treat, I'm just... So....
Read moreWe ordered carry out Thursday evening, 11-14. This was our first visit, and like other reviewers, we were hoping for a nice place, reasonably close which offers good food at fair price.
Our ordered consisted of four items including Salad rolls with avocado, PT Rolls, Pad Thai with pork and Fried Rice with pork. Comments on each:
-Salad rolls. Big disappointment. This is billed as containing mixed vegies. There were no vegies. They must have forgotten. The picture shows this offering deconstructed and essentially only lettuce. -PT Rolls. Very good. Cooked nicely with good crisp and the cream cheese filling spot on. -Pad Thai with pork. Good taste and texture but no egg at all. Must have forgotten again. Plenty of pork. Overall acceptable presentation. -Fried Rice. If you like plain rice with a ton of onions, this is the dish for you. Also with egg, but no egg to be found. Maybe they disintegrated on the way home? A few scallions stood out with the green color, and the tomatoes were actually two cherry tomatoes. Kind of odd.
All in all, some good, some not so and the feeling they are trying to cut food costs by leaving some items out. Perhaps other menu items are outstanding. This first visit left a bit...
