Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

I started going to this Starbucks 3 years ago when we lived less than 2 minutes away. I became a regular and very quickly multiple employees memorized my order. They are the quickest, most on point, friendly location I have been to. I want to shout out Kaylah and Tyler, they are me and my families favorite employees. They truly know what good customer service is and take their job above and beyond. Now, I live 7 minutes further and I still drive out of my way to make sure I go to this location. (a informative must read about this location) I went to this location this morning and a police officer was there as well and I told the lady as I was paying that I wanted to pay for the police officers' coffee and she said "no you won't be doing that" and continued to say "no you can't do that". Starbucks needs to get themselves together as myself and a couple of others in the location said we won't be returning back to Starbucks or this location ever again. I wish I got a name of who the worker was but this was very pathetic on her part and behalf...

This Starbucks has a person working in it that makes your drinks smell like fragrant grandma lotion. I've called the manager 2 times to talk to about it and they said that they would "ask who was wearing lotion". Every time I get drinks from here it smells SO bad all over the cup. It's unbearable to drink out of and lasts all day. I end up just switching containers when I get home. Please please don't let your employees wear super smelly hand lotion that gets all over...
