Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

Every experience I've had at this location has been mediocre at best. I just recently moved to Cave Creek and there's only two Taco Bells close enough for me to drive to, this one and the one located in Tramonto Marketplace. I've only used the drive-thru at this location and I have to admit each employee that took my order had the sh*ttiest service and attitudes, not to mention the food was highly unsatisfying. Allow me to briefly go over the few experiences I've had before I made the decision to not go to this location again: Despite the employee punching my order in correctly, what I received wasn't. I didn't check the bag to make sure everything was good before I drove 20 minutes back home, so after I realized he had given me the wrong food I had no intention or motivation to drive 20 minutes back to correct it. That was my first experience at this location. The next couple experiences I had involved one guy messing with his hair continuously while I was waiting and another guy that seemed very out of it and didn't even ask if I wanted any sauce. I know, big whoop right? Yes, I only mention that because the whole experience with him was pretty frustrating and that kind of topped off my opinion that the employees here need to be trained better. Absolutely ridiculous service. A bunch of brain dead zombie potheads that don't care about their jobs, their customers, or getting the orders right. I was picking up an order for DoorDash and they told me that they gave my order to someone else and had to make it again. Took 15 minutes and while I was waiting, a guy came in angry cause they gave him someone else's order and he had to come back and get his order, which he wanted remade since it had been sitting there for a while. They took forever to even get started on his order. They tried to give me the one I was picking up without the drinks, so no clue how the accuracy was inside. Guy had an attitude when I asked where the drinks were and took forever to simply get them. Absolute worst Taco Bell I've been to and I can tell that they mess up most orders and always take forever. Is there anyone supposed to be managing this place? If there is, they need to be fired, they need to get rid of the lazy workers they currently have, and hire some people that will actually care about their job instead of a bunch of deadbeats that can't handle such...

Tacobell is its own food group. It’s not mexica. Food, but it is delicious.

The Double Decker Taco: Because why settle for one layer of flavor when you can have two? It’s like Taco Bell looked at a regular taco and said, “not good enough, let’s give that crunchy shell a soft protective outer layer, and use beans as an adhesive to keep them bonded together” 🌮🫘🫓

The Crunchwrap Supreme: Imagine a UFO landed in the kitchen, and out popped this hexagonal wonder. Crunchwrap! 🚀🌯

I just wish they would bring back that...
