If I could I would give a 0. Avoid this location at all costs, it doesn't hold up to the standards of any other Einsteins location. Today we had another horrible experience with this location. Today for the 3rd time in the past 3 times I have come to this location our order was wrong, and our bagels were over cooked. Since this was the 3rd time I figured I would call to make the manager aware and hopefully get the dozen of bagels I asked for. I called and spoke to Jamie who claimed to be the manager of the store, I sure hope she was lying because she hung up on me, a long time customer. I started the call by asking for a manager. She said "yeah that's me, what do you want" I proceeded to explain to her this is the 3 time in the last 3 times I have been there that our bagel order was wrong, and because of my grandmas health conditions she can't eat other bagels. Jamie proceeded to tell me "we must have ordered the wrong bagels" I explained to her there is no way that happened due to the health condition I am sure she ordered the right bagels. She again argued with me and said my grandma must have not made herself clear, and I should not send my grandma I should come in. What who says this? I explained I am working and I was not able to come into her location and I would like my grandma to be able to stop by on her way home to get a dozen bagels of her choice. Jamie again was argumentative and told me she didn't have to give my grandma anything and I interrupted and question if she was really the manager because I have never heard a manager speak to a customer this way, and then she hung up. Horrible product and service today and I would not want this person representing my store. I will have to send my grandma out of her way to the location closer to my house at Desert Ridge. We will never support this Einsteins location again, and if I was Einstein Bros corp office I would be concerned about this location tarnishing your reputable brand. This location is everything against what all the other locations are about, amazing product, great customer service, and friendly environment. Check the google reviews there are plenty complaining about the staff and quality of food at this location. This locations is either out of food/beverages, or they have poor quality, either partially cooked, over cooked, or just plan wrong, and the staff is absolutely horrible, and Jamie who acts like she owns each of the employees is just horrible to the customer and to the staff. There have been several times I have been embarrassed how she was treating the staff. I will never visit this location again unless there is a change. I would also like to be sent a gift card so my grandma can go to a different location and get the bagels she asked for and paid for. Please feel free to contact me either via...
Read moreAbsolutely awful experience and I will never go back. I walked up before work about 5 am to the door on my way to Fry's and wanted to see what time they opened and instead was greeted by the assistant manager, her name is Dorothy, to GET THE F OUT and BYEEE and stared me down as I walked away. I later called to make a complaint to the manager and it was her. I tried to speak with her because I am in a higher management position at my job and believe customer service is a huge deal. Upon speaking to her I was interrupted and there was no solution. She only tried to justify herself by saying she was scared because she opened alone and if I had just googled I would have seen they don't open that early. This was my second time at an Einstein's so I was not familiar with the opening time and I was passing by the shop and decided it was easier to just look at the sign on the door. She never asked what she could do to make the situation better, all she said was "What, do you want some free food? Is that what you want" and I went on to say it wasn't about a friggin bagel it was about treated customers, open or close. I open and close all the time by my self and I would never ever treat a customer with this much disrespect because good customer service brings customers back. I will NEVER return and will be reaching out to corporate to find a...
Read moreToday I had a bit of an odd experience the cashier was texting when I walked up to the register. She continued to text until I said hello, it was kind of comical like a movie scene. I asked about the burrito and she said we don’t have that item. I asked about the brisket they were out of that too, the two girls on the line seemed to care a little more than the cashier and corrected her that they indeed did have the brisket. I don’t blame her but I mean cmon you gotta be a little bit attentive. Restroom was very dirty, this has been here for years just haven’t been for a while. Bagel quality seemed to go downhill and were smaller than I remembered, I asked if I could change my bagel choice after ordering but they said “next time”. Not sure if there will be a next time I can spend ten dollars on a tiny sandwich...
