Filiberto's — Restaurant in Phoenix

The food is usually pretty good, it's just the lines for drive thru. If you have a car or two in front you can be there for about 20 min or longer. Update 9/8/19 So went today for a late dinner around 8:30 to get some carne asada fries w/ salsa guacamole and sour cream. I love this dish. Well you ask why I give it two stars then if the food is good. Well this late dinner turned to be a disappointment.. When I got home I couldn't wait to get to these carne asada fries. Opened it up started to mix everything and noticed no meat in my fries. I took pictures of the food to show there was no meat.Well I was hungry and didn't plan on leaving the house any time soon. So I ate it without the meat. I decided to call and let them know the situation. I called 10 times for 20 min. Never an answer machine just some random thing saying put in a number. So later that night my husband had to put gas before the next day so I said can we stop by the filibertos and let them know what happened. He said we could. Mind you it is about 3 hours later. Had the receipt had picture but they couldn't do anything with out the food they said. So was very disappointed that I paid 11 something for care asada fries without meat. I would have been satisfied with a discount for not getting my meat. But I guess they don't care about...

Ill be going to the on 35th and Southern! I love the plain churros there. It satisfies my sweet tooth. I went to this one night around 12 ordered 3 plain churros, came home to 3 churros filled with vanilla filling which I hate. Their policy is bring back food with receipt within that day, I go back later. They had ran out of churros, took back the food and lady took my info down saying if come back Monday when her boss and more churros were shipped in. Along with it she said she'd throw in 2 more churros. Came back Monday, explained the situation, which they fixed the order and brought up what lady had said about 2 free churros. Another woman who serviced the window was polite but a man who looked like a cook, some old fk proceeded to yell "Aye free churros!" Like I was telling a lie and gave me a dirty look through the drive thru window as he said throwing up his arms. But the lady at the window offered me a drink. How I feel is I went back two times to get my order right holding up my end by bringing the food back with receipt and to see that behaviour on a mistake that he may of made, just was like is that how you act to a frequent customer. I'll take my business to the other filibertos but this place gets my complete disapproval. That dude was an ahole. I don't want him...

My family and I come here almost every weekend. Its almost a family tradition. Love carne asada fries and menudo. Unfortunately, I could no longer give 5 stars. Today (11/26/17) when we went there the woman who was working (who's name I do not know) who was very rude with my wife. When I told her to get the manager out here, guess what, she said, "I am the manager!" Shock. She then called the "owner" but when we asked to speak to the "owner" we were denied. She also threatened to call MY job and complain about me. Ha! That just shows how bad her attitude is, threatening a customer. She continued her rudeness until we brought all of our food back to the counter and wanted a refund. While this was happening 3 other customers entered and promptly left, no doubt costing the store money. Needless to say we won't be back as long as she is there and will let everyone who will listen know about her. I really hope they let her go because she is hurting...
